Rock-A-Do Hair Studio

I found out about Blanca because my brothers go to her to get their hair cut. I live in San Francisco and i come to Vegas to visit family every couple months, but every time I’m out here I make it a point to get my hair cut and colored! I’ve tried a lot of different places in SF and paid twice the price and Blanca is by far the best stylist! I won’t let anyone else touch my hair except her! Thanks Blanca you are amazing!

I was looking for the right place in terms of location, price, and convenience. The service was quick and exact to my specific hair needs. Excellent facility as much as any other hair studio. I’ve been meaning to get a haircut and stumbled upon Rock a do studio. I was greeted instantly as I walked in. Though I had to take an appointment time.
I came back at a convenient time. Seated and asked for a hair style I wanted. My haircut was beyond my expectations than most places. I highly recommend checking this place out for your next haircut!

They say they are open until 7pm. It’s is 615pm and the guy inside says they are closed. Won’t be wasting my gas to come here again. THEY CLOSE EARLY!

Blanca is amazing, she does miracles with my hair. I’m driving from Los Angeles now just to get my hair done by her.

I was recommended to this salon by my mother in law a few years back. I got my hair done here before, cut & colored both times & I was satisfied. Outcome and customer service were awesome!
Would’ve been a third time, however 2 hrs before my last scheduled appt, they had a power outage. Understandable that they had to cancel with me since it was out of their control, but the reason I’m giving three stars is because they didn’t try to reschedule with me. I’m on vacation now & I was really looking forward to having my hair done before leaving Vegas. I was also very excited because Rock A Do is one of the closest salons to me & I’ve seen pictures on Blanca’s Instagram that inspired me.
Guess my business wasn’t needed that much.

My son and I walked in this afternoon and were told that they were booked until next week Friday so we began walking out and my son was super bummed but then they called us back in and Jesus was kind enough squeeze us in. He gave my son exactly what he wanted and the end result was fantastic! I was extremely pleased with the service as well as the price! We’ll be coming back often!

I haven’t had a hair cut in a while. I just moved to Las Vegas and it was hard to trust a new hairdresser. I checked Unilocal and found Rock a Doo Hair Studio. I found Blanca had such a great review so I walked in to see her and Oh boy, not a bit of disappointment. She’s very nice and talented. I’m a very happy camper getting out of the salon. Rock a Doo Hair Studio is very nice and clean too. I highly recommend the place.

Blanca, I know I told you over and over today how happy and was but I will say it again, YOU ROCK! Thank you so much for making me feel comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The atmosphere and homey feel really make it so nice. I love supporting local business over chains and the fact it is you and your brother is sweet. I wish I could do something like run a business with my brother. My hair feels great and I forgot about my anxiety for the first time ever with a stylist. I will be coming back as long as you are willing to have me.

Blanca is awesome. I found her on Unilocal because I was in need of someone new and she lived up to all the reviews. She did amazing color and cut. I am definitely coming back here.

Been coming here since i moved to Vegas 3 years ago. Been through many barbers but rock a do is on the top hands. Price is fair to compaired to other shops in las vegas. Recommend calling for an appointment yes that busy and popular.

I was recommend by my boyfriend since Blanca has cut his hair plenty times before. This was my first time cutting my hair with her so I was excited. I was a bit nervous since my hair was super long and I was going super short; she was friendly and professional, she made me feel comfortable. When I showed her the picture of the haircut I wanted, she took less then a minute to look at it so it made me nervous that she had not seen the details and I wouldn’t be getting the haircut I been wanting — I was never facing the mirror so It was exciting and nerve wrecking all at once. Once she was done, my first glance at my reflection I fell in love with my hair! It was quickly done too which was awesome, I love my hair and I will be coming back to Blanca for my touch ups :)

Blanca is my hairstylist every time! She know how to do anything I ask, and really takes care of me. I have extremely long hair right to my waist and she always layers it perfectly. I also trust her with coloring my hair. She mixed the exact color I wanted and it turned out perfectly. Also with my hair being so long other salons want almost twice as much money to do what I want. They are professional, friendly, and cost effective here!!! Love them!

Had a walk in and Blanca was my stylist. Asked to cut off all my hair and she did exactly what I asked for. So happy with my cut. And she gave me great color recommendations, because I was a walk in there was
No time
To color. Would defiantly recommend her to all ladies. And seriously for only 25 bucks for a cut, and I had a lot

I found Blanca via Unilocal when I first moved here for my Mom. We were new to Vegas and I was so used to having Unilocal’s help with finding good hair people. Problem is this towns salons lack QUANITY reviews but Blanca had quality so I sent my Mom in as a our tester. I AM SO THANKFUL I did. Blanca not only has done a excellent job on my Mothers hair. She is now our go to for the whole family. I am the Mother of Bi– Racial children who were blessed with a unique type of hair. Not the typical small curls but ALOT of poof and blonde under tones so my son’s hair looks TERRIBLE if it is put into a fade. Upon hearing about the horror stories I encountered when first arriving here Blanca was able to tell us EXACTLY what to do with his hair. She did a WONDERFUL job and she is GREAT with kids. Now as far as my hair goes. I HAVE THICK HORSE STYLE HAIR. I have wanted highlights for so long but nobody has EVER been able to get it right until Blanca. Not only that but she did Low lights too and does AMAZING STYLING. BEST YET SHES FRIENDLY and LISTENS and she is Affordable. Please if you are looking for someone you can trust that is loyal to her clients and knows her craft give her a try. Keep in mind her QUALITY never is Compromised so sometimes you may have to wait a bit if a appointment runs over but its WORTH THE WAIT!!! Everyone else in the shop seems friendly and awesome too. No complaints. I am so BLESSED to finally have found a Salon I TRUST

I needed an up-​do in a pinch, they were able to squeeze me in within an hour! They saved the night and I was stunning with my amazing victory roll up-​do :) I’ll be back for sure! They’re also hiring stylists right now so if you’re a stylist and need a job, this is an awesome salon!

I love this place! The Staff knows what they are doing! and I love the décor they have! The prices are great, and they really know what they are doing! I don’t think i’m going to be going any where else to get my hair done but here! Completely recommened that you visit this place at least once, and you’ll see how great they are!!!

& am so exstactic about how awesome my hair turned out! I have been to many places & hair stylists with leaving unhappy but not this time! I have lived in many places, cali, utah etc. Blanca is the best!
I decided to look on Unilocal to find a good stylist and found rock a do & to go to BLANCA that was recommended, i made an appt. with her & the minute i sat in her chair i felt so comfortable with her, she was so inviting, friendly, knew how to communicate anything about my hair! I wanted platinum blonde, which was hard for other stylist to accomplish and with a good cut, BLaNCA nailed it! I found the love of my life for my hair! Yes! I recommend Blanca!
