When I reviewed this place with the review shown below, it had previous owners. At the time Unilocal strangely filtered my results and did not show it publicly with no explanation. Since then:
This business went out of business and stayed closed for several months. Then it reopened again and I have not been back again. So I could delete my 5 star review and repost it, but I am not certain if the old owner sold it to the same mechanics who worked for him or what. How can a totally different business take over the reviews of a previous owner when the business is not even the same business? They even changed the name. I did not review this business You tell me. Revised to 2 stars for whoever decided to transfer my review to a new business at the same address.
Note: Unilocal is so screwed up. They filtered my review for no reason at all. They leave really old reviews in place yet filter out almost all new reviews. If I were this business I would complain and sue.
We have taken our car to this place to repair several times. They have always treated us fairly and fixed the problems. The owner goes out of his way to honor his estimates and even sometimes comps work that was not on the original estimate. I highly recommend this shop and the work they do. Their prices and labor rates are always fair. After having taken my car to fix an electrical problem at another shop and after 3 times not being fixed, I finally decided to give Pro Auto & Lube a shot and they fixed that issue and when they were done the car actually ran better than it did before. They’ve replaced motor mounts, axles, starters, electrical parts for me and the work was top notch.

Regarding your comments Timothy Barnett, you are the one that is in the wrong. I understood that your Mecahnic was out sick, the first day he wasn’t there. My issue, and my issue from the very beginning was the fact I came in your shop and told you I wanted a diagnostic performed on my truck, not find the first issue and stop there!!! My vehicle is at the dodge dealership as of right now, and within hours I had answers, and sir it was not the part that cost me a grand in parts and labor! The fact that you were so willing to send me to dealer for diagnostic when in fact you Should have done that from the gate. The way I see it you owe me not only for a $ 120 per hour diagnostic, but for parts and labor that did NOTHING TO FIX MY PROBLEM! So after i get statements from the Master Mecahnics at the dealer and emissions personnel at DMV, I’ll be sending you a court summons… And so that we are clear, I never asked for nothing for free, all I ever asked for was a diagnostic so I could stop throwing my hard earned money in the wind on what seemed to be a guessing game… My truck is in good hands now!!!
