Let me start by saying this place is awesome. The staff was friendly, fast and did everything to help me with my toothache. Dr. Hoang is amazing and detailed. She makes sure you know exactly whats going to happen and is all around a great person. My experience was great. I look forward to going back and getting my teeth done. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an enjoyable experience at the dentist.

I hate going to the dentist. After six years without going to the dentist, one of my teeth broke. They not only got me in that day, but also stayed late to get my temporary crown on. The staff were friendly and helped allay my fears. I walked out without any pain and not dreading going back in.

After over 10 years of not going to the dentist I finally decided to take the next step and get my teeth looked at and cleaned. My first trip I met with the front office girl who was extremely RUDE and would talk over me (see I am not the only one with this experience) After I filled out the pile of paper work I went back to chair so nervous and took a million X-​rays. The energy of that office must have to much estrogen because those girls in there do not like each other and you can definitely tell! Such awkward energy. I left to office with clean teeth however I had to come back.
The following week I got a cleaning the girl didn’t even know how to work the machine. I left with grainy teeth from the polish. You think a polish would have been quick right? WRONG! I was there for 2 freakin hours. Most of try time waiting for someone to try to sell me stuff. I literally got out of my chair and roamed around for someone to finally let me leave.
The doctor is sweet however she needs to find a new receptionist who is not so cranky and sage that office out for some positive vibes.

I HATE the dentist but this office and the doctor were great! They took lots of xrays and pictures and identified my problem. The doctor and hygenist explained everything to me so I can understand. I could only afford the deep cleaning but I’ll be returning when I can afford it.
However one of the girls up front is rude as hell and has an attitude.
All in all a great experience.

I have been coming to North Pointe Dental for several years and this is the best dentist I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and helpful, the hygienist does a wonderful job of cleaning my teeth, and Dr. Wong is a great dentist. I would not want to trust my teeth to any other office.

Hands down the best dentist I have ever been to, Dr Lisa Hoang is awesome, I had a root canal and two crowns done and left there with no pain or discomfort, I didn’t even need the pain medication, all of the staff is very professional and polite, Dr Hoang makes sure that you don’t have any discomfort during the procedure and even calls you herself to see how you’re doing, I was supposed to get two root canals done and she felt that I only needed one after she started the procedure, I was refunded the full amount for the cost, that just goes to show you that they really care about their patients, very honest for sure, I would highly recommend North View Dental to anyone needing dental care.

Its hard to find a dentist that really cares about you, that is not trying to get you in and out as fast as possible so they can see the next patient$$$. Dr. Lisa Hoang is extremely kind and sincere and genuinely wants to do whats best for you. I would highly recommend you see her if you have any dental problems at all.

RUN!!! Beware this place is such a scam. The Office staff and the female Dentist have an attitude and not very pleasant. Very bad vibes from this place Plus they charged me higher then my second dentist that quoted me a price to fix my tooth.

Anyone in the Las Vegas valley looking for a dentist, look no further. North View Dental at 3073 Craig Road #1, North Las Vegas is the place to go. Dr. Lisa Hoang is wonderful, she is very gentle and caring, every other dentist that I have ever went to was always looking to make money and would do a root canal with a crown right away, I had 2 teeth with deep cavities that she thought would need root canals but when she started the work decided to not do the root canal and just do the crown. While I waited for the crowns to be delivered I had temporary crowns and during that wait time would tell if I would really need the root canal. I am so grateful for her judgement on not doing the root canals right away because I did not need them. What a savings! Dr Hoang always personally makes follow up calls herself to see how you are doing no matter what work was done.
Diana who handles the cost for the work and your insurance coverage is awesome! She is so helpful and the most honest person. The original quote for my work was with 2 root canals and was charged for them, before I left she told me of the mistake and refunded me almost 700.00. I know there are a lot of places who would not have said anything unless I caught it and brought it to their attention. I don’t want to forget to mention that all of the staff is very friendly and caring.
I could go on and on about how great North View Dental is but you really need to see for yourself, If you live in the south part of the valley don’t let the fact that they located in North Las Vegas not make you want to go here, believe me it is worth the drive.

I came here on an emergency since I chipped a tooth on a Friday night. They were actually open Saturday and I switched from another dentist office to North View Dental because of their awesome customer service. Not only that, I have serious dental anxiety and they were amazing dealing with a 35+ year old woman that acts like a three-​year-​old child in the dental chair. My tooth looks amazing and now I actually see the dentist for my four annual cleanings since I am not as scared. In addition, they have done amazing work with my children and use your insurance to properly cover your costs.

I was in town visiting and came across Northview Dental. Seen that they had a $ 40 special which included x-​ray and exam. Which I found fairly cheap compared to many other dental practices I’ve been to in the past. I gave it a try and I was very pleased. The staff there was very friendly and knew their stuff (very knowledgable). I was greeted by Diana when I first walked in. She explained how the special worked. Very friendly and homing atmosphere. When I got seated, I met the dental hygienist and Dr. Hoang. They gave me my exam and found that my gums were actually in good condition so they explained to me that I only needed a regular cleaning. Which was included in the special. I found that great! The hygienist and Dr. Hoang was very friendly and informative. I would highly recommend this dental practice! Oh yeah I forgot to mention that you can watch movies while you get your teeth work done. A+

My husband and I do business in Las Vegas and make time to see Dr. Hoang and her staff for teeth cleaning and whitening. I have ALWAYS had trouble finding a great dentist and I can finally say that I found one! I really feel taken care of and that I’m not just another patient. The cleaning was completely pain free and I felt like a new person right after!!! I actually will look forward to the next time! I’m very happy with the whitening and catch myself smiling way more often.

The staff is very welcoming and nice. My checkin and paperwork went very smooth. The clinic is very clean and spacious. It’s located in North Las Vegas. I’m new to the area and they got me in very fast for a cleaning. I don’t have insurance at the moment, and they have a special for new patients, $ 40 x-​Ray/​cleaning! That’s an awesome deal. Dr. Arvin Tounian was very warm and he spent time with me explaining my oral health. After a long time I have found a great Dentist and a staff that genuinely cares about their patients!

So let me start off by saying that I’ve had some very horrible experiences with dentists in the past… I was looking for a Dentist that was knowledgeable, professional and reliable. After looking in my area I found Dr T at North View Dental.
So I called the office to set up my appointment, and expected to hear an answering machine an hearing back from them in a few days. Nope the receptionist answered an listened to my concerns an asked me how soon I need an appointment. After about five minutes of simple questions and jokes I was able to make an appointment for that same day! Love it.
So I make to the office, and spoke to the front desk staff, and retrieve my forms (like 4 things to fill out really). Within 3 minutes of handing in my forms I was being asked to come to the back and prepare myself for an exam. Now if you remember going to the dentists as a child you remember waiting for seemed like days before even being seen… then meeting some very unfriendly, and rough hands *shivers*
I entered the office at 11am, and left by 12pm. Not impressed? well in that time I had spoken with the dentists Dr Tounian, and his assistant. Had x-​rays taken. Went through a detailed explanation of the issues, and corrective actions needed. Was explained the costs before having any work done, and had a cleaning, all in one hour.
I have another appointment coming up in the next few days, and I’m actually excited to have my teeth worked on. If you’ve ever had any apprehensions about seeing a dentist, I would strongly recommend coming here so they can change your mind.

I had a fair amount of tooth pain when I went in to see Dr. Wills. When I first walked into the office, I knew straight away it was a comfortable atmosphere to be around. I walked in and the receptionist greeted me right away. As soon as I walked into meet Dr. Wills and explain my situation, I knew I was in good hands.
I went to a different dentist a couple days before and was disappointed. I walked in and waited for 30 min. When I walked back the lady looked at my mouth, then said you needed lots of work done, way more then i had expected. She then called my insurance company and came back with a list of how much I will owe. I felt as though they just wanted my money. I walked out of the dentist office with nothing done and very upset.
That’s evening I was recommended to go see Dr. Wills. And had an appointment the following day. Like I said I walked in and immediately felt, «this was my home». I was in the chair, as Dr. Wills assistant took X-​rays of me and I could here Dr. Wills in the other room talking with his clients and being very personable and cracking jokes. He then came to see me and looked at my teeth and that day I had a cleaning right away and the following couple days my root canal. Everyone told me how miserable I was going to be but actually I was in no pain, during or after the procedure. Before this I was contemplating extracting my own tooth, so glad I didn’t.
Dr. Wills is a very honest and trustworthy dentist, and makes you feel very comfortable. The staff is very nice and everyone makes you feel comfortable.

I had a really good experience with this office. They were on time with my appointment, the staff was friendly, and the doctors were communicative and informative too.
They have big screen TVs in every room, which seems great for kids and people who are a little anxious at the dentist and need a distraction.

I ABSOLUTLY LOVE the staff there! They are so nice and fun to be around! just wish it wasn’t the dreaded dentist to have to see great people and the dentist is very good at what he does as well as the staff! I reccomend them to EVERYONE in North Las Vegas! They are young and hip not like old nasty breath dentists… hahaha
