Jonathan E. MacArthur, P.C. was founded in June 2001 by former deputy public defender and constitutional rights advocate, Attorney Jonathan MacArthur. Beginning as a sole practitioner, Jonathan expanded his support staff to include a legal secretary, a private investigator, and a legal researcher to ensure that every client received the representation they deserved and would expect from a full service law firm.

Between 2001 and 2012, Jonathan conducted over 50 felony trials and countless misdemeanor trials before running for Justice of the Peace in North Las Vegas.
