They fixed my Nissan x terra and it looks great, awesome service and customer service was great. Kept following up on my vehicle and they never made me feel uncomfortable for calling so much. Great prices and paint matched perfect. There where little things I didn’t like but they fixed them right up with no hesitation. Very nice family owned shop.

Awesome shop, followed up as much as possible with me always gave me information and gave me the information and gave me the option to call back in case I didn’t receive a call by a certain time. Alejandra is super friendly and very helpful. Had everything done on time all work is life time warranty. They were able to work with the price I was looking for as well.

CROOKS!!! They give you a quote and end up buying parts that are up to 5x the estimated quote without notifying or getting an okay from the customer. This is after I had gone into the office several times to make sure they understood what I expected from them. Then, after questioning them, they yell at you and say you are obligated to pay for the parts or pay a restocking fee. And then, after asking for your check back, your paperwork is not in the office and they don’t have any checks on hand. Bad business all around especially since they do not return calls when they say they will or make any effort to notify the customer of higher than quoted prices! I would NOT refer anyone to take their vehicle here!

We had a really great experience with this place. They gave us by far the best quote and they didn’t hassle us to get other work done. Final amount was what was expected and car looks great! The people were nice, helpful and the place was clean. Nothing negative to say. :) thanks for a job well done and making our car fix a pleasant experience!

«Ideal» is my new favorite body shop. The entire staff is friendly, the price is right and the workmanship is fantastic. I asked them to paint the plastic grill on my Subaru WRX to match the car. The finished product looks like a factory job — I am very glad the painter took his time custom matching the color. I could not be happier!

Misti Y and I brought our black ’70 Camaro project car here for a modification to the stripes (wanting to get rid of the white ones) and after some discussion with the owner Jorge, we ended up going whole hog with an entirely new paintjob in the same color (black). It was an easy decision because we trusted Jorge from our experience 4 years ago at another shop with a tricky repair to the header panel on my ’67 Camaro RS. Tricky because that particular car was pearl white and Jorge + his crew had to replicate a 3-​part black bumblebee stripe. They nailed it. Since that first time we worked with Jorge on my ’67 in 2010, he has built his own shop (well-​deserved I might add) and this is the place.
So, Jorge assured us that he would do the ’70 right — which was an ambitious statement because black is by far the hardest paint color to execute. And…
They nailed it.
The body is laser straight, and I can see my reflection perfectly in the black paint, just as one can in a million-​dollar Barrett-​Jackson show car. I was utterly speechless when I saw the finished paintjob for the first time this morning. If I hadn’t gotten a good night’s sleep last night I probably would’ve cried. Breathtaking. And the pride that Jorge and his paint crew have in their work is incredible to see — before I left, they took lots of photos, as if they were going to miss having this one around.
It may sound a bit extreme to a non-​car-​person, but when one of my cars is out of my sight, I feel like I’ve temporarily lost a part of my being. Jorge did not hesitate to update me throughout the process. There’d be days when I’d get multiple updates from him. Beyond professionalism, this shop is clearly passionate about what they do, and this is the above-​and-​beyond I’m looking for in a car shop, whether it’s drivelines, interiors or body work. Without question, I’m bringing my next project here.
Bottom line: Perfecting a mirror-​black paintjob on a 70s American muscle car is the ultimate expression of a body shop’s skill and expertise. Imagine what they can do to fix a fender-​bender on a new Toyota.
