I’m new to Vegas and I am still exploring places… I was looking for a tanning place close by me and came in here.
The girls were SO sweet! I love nice people!!! They never tried to over sell me and they listened to what I wanted. The one girl even gave me the number to her hair girl!
The beds are nice, the place is clean, the prices are great!!!

I absolutely love this location of Body Heat! I used to go to Palm Beach Tan (which I hated) but here they have lower prices and great beds! Half off upgrades on Sunday’s and always has great guest service. Regardless of when I go in there is always someone super upbeat! They don’t pressure me when I go in to buy something, just to verify that I’m good on lotions. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Getting so sick of this place. I’ve been tanning forever, at a place on Craig can’t remember the name now gone. Hot tan great place also closed. Even went here for years as Tan Factory. Sorry they sold it. Every time I go I get stupid comments like «Wow it’s been a long time since you’ve been here.» So what! I pay for my tans you should be glad I’m not here every day I could be, it costs your company more money for power. And so over the up selling too. Omg really. If you guys are that desperate for a buck do me a favor and close already. Maybe someone who understands customer service will take over. I’m shopping around.

Customer service is great. I usually get Anthony? I’m not 100% sure if that’s his name but he’s amazing. Greets me every time and is always in a good mood. The prices are a little on the high side and I’m a little bummed that you have to sign up for memberships or you pay as you go. I just wanted to buy maybe 5 – 10 tans before my holiday party but they don’t offer deals like that.
