Barrett Pool and Maintance

I’m so glad I found Steve (Barrett) for my pool needs — first of all, he is a pro, has been in the business for years, he really knows his stuff — and he CARES! He takes the time to really assess the pool issues and then calls to give you the details. He’s super duper nice and I feel that I am in very good hands with him. We are about a month in so far with weekly cleanings, and so far so good.

At first he seemed like the Perfect pool guy. He is very Knowledgable, and explained how he can get our pool to where we wanted it. What he promised, and what was delivered were two completely different things.
As for customer service? The best! Seriously the nicest guy. For performance? the star above explains. He shows up on time, but I’m not quite sure what he does. My walls were rarely scrubbed, filter occasionally cleaned out, chemicals sometimes within level. He would then place blame on us for not taking care of the pool. THATS WHAT WE ARE PAYING YOU TO DO!!!
Love the guy, but the pool service is poor. I would not recommend him to take care of it. But if he opened a business on pool advice? That would be worth something.

so far… so good! knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful! I wish i’d found him a couple years ago. :)

I struggled for years trying to find a good pool guy in Vegas. My search is now over! Steve does amazing work, he is honest, affordable, and really knows his trade. Sends invoices to my email monthly for my tax purposes, very professional.

Most honest and educated pool proffecianal I have met in 10 years!
