Highly disappointed, we picked this storage place because it was on of the cheaper places with a 10×20 unit, but we pick it mostly because the website said free truck rental with move in. Well my husband went in paid, got our unit, staff took him to the unit even showed him the moving truck she said all they had to do was register it because they had changed ownership. A week before we needed the truck my husband asked if they had registered it. They hadn’t. Staff told him they would let him know before the weekend what was going on with it. They never called him at all. So we had no moving truck to use when we needed it, we had to use our own vehicle and small trailer and make several small trips instead of one big trip. My husband wrote them and complained, they called him about a week later and also took the free truck advertisement off the website, the have us $ 30 off the next months rent. I would have much rather had the truck available. She told us when she called they had no plans to register the truck! The truck is still there and it still said free with move in.

The staff here is really nice, professional and friendly. Haven’t had any bad experience as far as bed busgs. They always keep it clean here, no trash on the ground. I love that!

I moved from Portland to north Las Vegas and got confirmation calls and emails reserved and gave me $ 1 move in rate! Thank you very much! Staff was very helpful and great on follow up service!

The management group Platinum Storage Are very rude not friendly at all. charge a lot of fees. DONT TALK TO FRANK. HES RUDE. He left me on hold for 7 minutes when I asked to speak to a supervisor.

Rented a unit beginning May 2014 and apparently it has changed ownership & Management — WOW! I am moving out tomorrow — doesn’t matter that I am disabled and what a hassle — THAT IS HOW horrible the new mgmt. and staff has treated me. My automatic payment (Debit card) expired at the end of August-​they sent me an email which I responded with the NEW card information IMMEDIATELY — after receiving TWO downright NASTY phone calls threatening me today did the RUDE lady open up one of my emails («I haven’t had time to read emails for a month» is what she told me) — I was pleased up until this except for the lack of maintenance/​cleanliness of the grounds — pine needles everywhere and blowing into my unit (that I’m responsible for) — then to read about bed bugs — NO WAY do I want an infestation of that in my items! RUN, don’t walk — go elsewhere! Between the employees/​owners/​staff treating people like GARBAGE, running the place so poorly and blaming the tenants, and then changing the PRICES of the units CONSTANTLY (slap in the face) — you would be better off setting up a tent in your backyard to store items than deal with this establishment! THAT is how bad it is — NEVER use their services — NEVER! You can read my glowing review in May (so I’m not one just to BASH people) — when I am treated properly I leave reviews that like that too –but after today and the billing error was 100% THEIR FAULT — they didn’t even apologize but continued to SCREAM AT ME and THREATEN ME! But so I can sleep at night, I must WARN others NOT to utilize this facility unless you too want nightmares beyond your imagination.

Never ever ever ever get a unit from this place it is infested with bedbugs completely I mean there were THOUSANDS in it when we bought a unit from online auction they did absolutely nothing to help us NOTHING wouldn’t even refund our money such a shame to drive all the way outta state for a unit that’s infested with bed bugs which by the way costs thousands to rid off! Do not get a unit from here!!! Be aware & spread the news I am writing reviews on every social media site I can to let others be aware as well!!! I rated one star because I had to in order to post this other wise I would give it nothing at all! Horrible managers too!!! So unhelpful there is a storage place up the street go there Instead!!!
