The replacement locks I ordered were affordable but one of the thumb turns arrived with a really deep scratch. I emailed and called with no one getting back to me. These were brand new and arrived damaged. I would steer clear unless you like to pay for damaged goods.

Couldnt be happier with my purchase. I called and needed a replacement deadlock as I had purchased a house and didnt receive keys for it. They found me a great deadbolt that fit perfectly with a new set of keys. I looked every where before and nobody could find a match. A kid at Lowes even told me I may need to replace my entire door. hahaha, no just call these guys.

The shower door guide, a small plastic guide, shattered one day due to an accident. I thought it would be an easy piece to find and replace, but since my home was built in 1980 I had trouble locating another. I looked at 3 local hardware stores, then 2 local glass companies which were recommended to me. Nothing. I was told the type of doors I have are no longer made, so I thought I might have to replace them or even renovate the bath. After doing a thorough search on the internet, I eventually found this company, found the part, ordered it and received it in less time than told. I installed it this morning and my shower is almost like new. It’s still old, but works like it should.

The window frame in my front door broke but the glass didn’t break. I ordered a replacement frame with expedited shipping and received the wrong size. No apology or anything. They shipped the right item but I was set back over a week with a gaping hole in my door. When I went to install the frame the glass fell out and broke. I called back Friday at 4pm and asked to pay the difference of what it would have cost to buy both in the beginning. Today, three days later they refused and told me that I would have to pay $ 35 more than it would have originally cost me to purchase both the window and frame and that I would have to keep both frames. They would not allow me to purchase just the glass OR the frame and window and return the unstained original frame that I would not need. Terrible customer service. Even after their mistake they refused to work with me and help me solve this problem so that I could secure my front door quickly. I placed my order on the 9^th and I still have a hole in my front door. Now I have to pay a glass company to come out and replace my window. Terrible terrible. Customer service. A complete waste of time and money.

It took a full 24 hours after my online order was placed and confirmed to receive this email: «Thank you for your online order. We do not have those parts in stock at this time. They are on order and will ship out when they arrive to us in the next 3 – 4 weeks.» Any company in America could take an order and get you the product in 3 – 4 weeks. I suppose they simply take your money and then go scrambling to deliver what you need. Stupid.

I regret not comparing prices for a patio sliding glass door track cover. A $ 35 difference is significant to me. I will not be doing business with this company again.

They had the part that I needed to fix my sliding glass door. The part was $ 2.99. Standard Shipping was $ 10.95. The part arrived in my mailbox in just a few days and it worked perfectly. Great company.

Wow. Amazingly bad customer service. I went in to their showroom looking for a seal for my garage door. I guess they don’t get too much walk-​in traffice. The person at the desk looked surprised and had to call someone else for help. A second person came out of the back, I told him what I was looking for and he went into the back room. A third person came out and had the first person look it up on his computer. I told them what part I was looking for and I had an old piece with me for an example. I told them the part was listed on their website as discontinued but that they had another piece very similar (it was about 1/​8-​inch shorter which should still be ok). They finally found the part but told me it was discontinued. (Yes, I know, I just told you that.) I again told him they have another like it but slightly shorter. He points to a couple and says «This one?» The one he pointed to wasn’t even the same type of seal. I had to explain to him again that is just like the first one but slightly shorter. I found it for him on another page. He said «Oh, that won’t work.» I ask him why and he tells me «because it’s different. It’s not designed for that use.» I didn’t really care what it was ‘designed’ for, it would fit my application just fine. They kept telling me it wouldn’t work. Showing me how this other trim piece is what I really wanted. To use what they suggested I would need to remove all the trim around the garage door and replace it with this new item that was much shorter and thinner and drill holes to attach it, then repaint to make it look correct. When all I really needed was the rubber seal portion that they had in another item but didn’t want to sell it that way. I finally just left. I’m sure they wonder why they never have walk-​in business.

On 8÷28÷2013 spoke with Randy who told me that he would forward it to the proper source and within 10 minutes I should get the credit for parts. It is evening and was never credited as promised.

This company has an unbelievable online selection of window and door parts. It even includes items that have been discontinued to help people find replacement parts for. I highly recommend them! :)
