Home style, family orientate, sports bar environment all in one. A homey feel, decorated with records, albums, 8 tracks, 45’s, cassettes etc. centered around a 50 item salad bar, the central house focuses on giving customers quality homemade food and a smile on their face when they leave.

History

Established in 2014.

The Central House has been a bar restaurant since 1822. having burned down in the early 70’s. it was rebuilt in 1979. We purchased the building early this year (2014), totally renovating the property with a new fun twist.

Hello, My name is Jennifer and I am the owner of The Hoffman Central House. I am very proud of the business we have built, to bring you good quality home cooked foods. I am the mom of three grown up children, finding myself bored. I invested in this restaurant. I am behind every meal served here. We use only real butter and olive oil here, along with organic beef and pork. with fresh locally raised produce. You will feel good about the food you eat here.
