Great group of guys! I had the pleasure of dealing w/​Garret when my computer’s hard drive was having issues and right off the back I could tell he was a genuine guy. I’ve had issues with other places before with their sales tactics, but he took a solid 30 min taking my computer apart and really diagnosing it until he even gave me a quote for the repair. Highly recommend them!

I absolutely felt a sigh of relief when Garrett arrived at my home. I had browsed through Unilocal to find someone to repair my computer, which is vital to my livelihood, and went with a gut feeling and I was right! Garrett was personable knowledable and affordable. He was informative on the issue (s) and took the time to explain preventative measures. I would highly recommend them for any computer need. Excellent customer service.

I was lucky to find these guys when i did. My computer had become very glitchy in the past few months, and after trying to get the hard drive «cleaned up» at another place, nothing had really changed, AND i paid them their full fee. Garrett was nice enough to spend a considerable amount of time on it, and eventually found a solution, at a substantially lower rate than the other business. After much frustration (on both our parts), he finally helped me get everything running normal again, and he’s been very helpful after the fact as well. This company has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time — highly recommend.

Garrett and Doug are great! I consider myself pretty tech savvy, but when I had reached my limits the Tech Lab team was able to dig a bit deeper to find the solution to my problem and they were able to remotely help with a sysprep that was being down right stubborn!

Garrett was awesome… took in my PC after hours and gave me a quote right away… he was sympathetic to my problem as I needed my PC the next day to turn in some work for school. He maintained communication with the throughout the whole time he had my computer keeping me updated on the status of my computer. He was able to get my PC back to normal by the next day… THANKS GARRETT!

Great service, very professional, extremely fast and nice to top it all off. This is the second time I’ve used Garrett and his team.
We first called them this fall to help recover lost music files from my boyfriend’s mac computer. They came out the same day we called and everything was recovered within an hour!
They just finished working on my Dell lap top this week as well. They gave me a down-​to-​earth diagnostic of why my system was running slow, were able to get new parts, install and get my computer working faster than it has in a while in only 3 days. They even came out on a Sunday to install parts. That’s dedication.
Highly recommend the whole team. It is so great to not have to take your whole system into a store. Much better to get the facetime.

After my boyfriend destroyed my computer with viruses I searched on Unilocal and called Garrett. He is really great to talk to and spent 6 hours at my house all for a reasonale price. I called The Tech Lab Company when my graphics card stopped working. Because I don’t have another video card, or second monitor, I was going to RMA the card back to the manufacturer. Before I did, however, I wanted the Tech Lab to check it out. Garrett came and picked up my tower (and later again, for my monitor), which I found extremely convenient. He found that my computer’s problem wasn’t with the hardware, but from a bad driver that had auto-​updated.
Garrett was very professional and passionate about his work. I’m fairly certain that he put in much more time than I was charged for. Even that rate was less expensive than most other nearby competitors.
He ended up saving me from having to replace my expensive graphics card. Thanks!

These guys are really amazing.
My computer was viciously attacked by a Trojan Horse-​type virus that infected all my files and virtually took over the computer. Not only did Garrett and his team restore my computer back to better-​than-​before health, but he was super friendly and explained everything to me step-​by-​step. I wasn’t made to feel like an idiot for not understanding tech-​y things! ;-)

You can’t go wrong with this place. Garrett and his team are flexible, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. also, they will come to you to do the diagnostic and repairs on your computer or laptop. They are friendly, reliable, and explain all of your options with patience and in great detail.
i first became aware of The Tech Lab after a business trip where my laptop screen was damaged and the replacement i got in the city i traveled to was defective. rather than having to ship the unit back to seattle to execute the warranty, the team at The Tech Lab acted as my liaison with the computer repair business in seattle and was able to do the replacement work (under warranty and at no charge) without me having to suffer the inconvenience and the loss of access to my computer that would have been necessary if i had to ship my laptop back to seattle for the repair. they were just great to work with and my new screen has been working like a charm.
it also should be noted that these guys don’t pull the upsale bait-​and-​switch on you that many computer repair operations are guilty of. not only does the Tech Lab not suggest work you don’t need, they will actually tell you when you are requesting more service than is necessary to fix your issue. One of the jobs they did for me was a adware and virus removal servicing and when they found that i had some adware/​malware issues but no viruses they cut the fee accordingly (i would have never known either way and that speaks to their honesty in my book).
in a nutshell, i can’t recommend the place more highly. in my 2 interactions with this company i have been very happy both times. highly recommended.

Like most people, I researched and researched before finally making a call to Garrett at The Tech Lab Co. I had a virus on my computer and tried my best to resolve the issue but then realized there are just some things I cannot do on my own completely. :(I had originally called a different company but they only handle macs and the gentleman referred me to Garrett. At first, I was hesitant thinking, how do I know if this guy is reliable and trustworthy? and thru research I came across his information and his reviews and they were stellar. So I felt reassured to call him. He responded promptly and was so courteous. He came to my home and not only did he fix the virus situation, he was sweet enough to explain all the steps to me while he was working and he reset up my wireless router and helped me with my 2^nd computer as well. His rates are affordable and reasonable. He was here 15 mins longer than 2 hrs but didn’t charge me for every single minute he went over. I know IT techs who will charge you for those 15 mins. Not to mention, private entities will charge you for travel as well to come to your home. And when you go to commercialized businesses such as geeksquad or best buy, it may seem cheaper in the beginning but in the end, it ends up costing you more, they’ll charge you for every penny (each computer charged separately) and you have no privacy (meaning you don’t know what they are doing with you computer. they could be going through your personal files and etc. I saw an expose on niteline couple years ago and makes you trust no one). With Garrett, I was right there involved in every step so I know my privacy isn’t being violated. Even after he was at my home, I incurred other issues and had questions. I emailed him and he responded immediately and even called me to check up to make sure the issues were all handled properly. He definitely goes beyond the call of duty and believes in providing customers complete satisfaction. As much as I wish we could have dealt with the issues within one hour (who wouldn’t right?) I guess sometimes there’s just somethings that can’t be determined from the get go, like how bad is the virus? Regardless, I am completely satisfied with the services provided. My computer is running and I’m happy camper again. I know now who to contact next time I have PC issues.

I was referred to The Tech Lab Company by a friend of mine when my PC COMPLETELY crashed. He told me they had worked on his computer and did a GREAT job. Garrett went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected. He even made a house trip when I couldnt figure out how to hook my PC back up to my wireless internet… FIRST I actually called my internet server AT&T and they were no help. Called Garrett thinking «what the heck maybe he’ll guide me thru it». REALLY wasn’t expecting him to come to my house and do it for me! Would definitely use their services again.

I am an artist and I am also deaf. To show case my work and communicate with the world regarding my work I need a fantastic website I can direct potential models and clients to. I have worked with MANY people and I was becoming frustrated about how long it was taking to just get a site up and running.
When The Tech Lab Company’s website designer Jules Dameron and I sat down and mapped out exactly what I wanted I was thrilled to see her create in a simple and beautiful fashion exactly what I wanted in less than a week. Due to the ever expanding nature of my work I need to constantly add to the slide show and I am happy with the fact I can pay to have this done in a timely manner to specification.
I have other business ventures and I will for sure be hiring Ms. Dameron and this company again. In a world where it seems to become more and more difficult to just have a job done right I am very happy with the fact I can depend on this company to just do as I ask clearly, beautifully and fast.

Garret was fantastic!!! My computer was overloaded with viruses, and barely functioned. He spent 5 hours for a small flat fee, and fixed it like new… Actually better than new because I don’t ever remember it running this fast. He’s not just a good tech, he’s good people too.

I was having trouble with my computer, programs that weren’t working, slow running, technical issues, etc. I didn’t want to take it to a store because it is a heavy G-​4 Mac. Garrett was able to work on my computer remotely, while I was on the phone with him. I can’t believe the technology today that allows someone to virtually fix your computer, without even being at the same location. My computer works great now, I even got some extras that I didn’t even know my computer would allow. and it was fast, easy, efficient for my schedule, and quite affordable. I would reccommend this company, especially Garrett, to anyone that has computer issues. All my old numbers for «fix-​it guys» have been tossed, and I only need this one for all my future needs.
