Established in 1994.

We started out as a group practice in one of the biggest offices in Southern California where much of our expetise was perfected with some of the best doctors in the world. After five years it was time to start our own practice that used the expertise that was learned combined with more one on one attention that patients really appreciate. Since 1999 we’ve helped many people and will continue to do so for many more.

I’ve had a lot of experience with chiropractors and not all of them have been good. My experience with Dr Rich has been amazing, effective, trustworthy, kind and generous. I have injured my shoulder and neck and can be in quite a bit of pain when I’m having a flair up and he has set it straight very quickly without me having to come in to the office a hundred times.
To add to it, his appointments include a short massage and hot pack, which I have always thought to be the best way to have an adjustment, and if you like you can make that massage into an hourlong event for another 20 bucks.
Most of all I have to reiterate how effective his adjustments have been for me. I am really grateful to have found such a great chiropractor so close to home. I will be returning here any time I need an adjustment and for the occasional check up too.

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Rich and Dr. Linda. My horrible experience with my previous chiropractor brought me here. Dr. Rich is very professional, friendly and dedicated to his pt’s healing. I was pleased with his expertise. He took his time to thoroughly assess me and went above and beyond to address all my concerns with proper treatments. He explains every detail of what he’s doing. The place is clean as well. On my first visit, I felt better. I loved the adjustments they did on me. So helpful for my back. They are very knowledgeable. They are the chiropractors that I’ve been looking for and I’m glad I did. I would recommend them to people who are seeking for great chiropractic care.

Dr. Rich is an awesome Chiropractor and a cool guy, too. I used to go there a couple of times a week after an accident, and have gone on and off for regular adjustments. They’re so friendly in there and give you a great warm up massage before the adjustment, and the adjustment itself is really good. Dr. Rich doesn’t just apply good technique to your spine, but he really pays attention to the particulars of what your body needs, and takes his time. Meanwhile, pleasant conversation takes place, and the whole thing is just really very relaxing. At the end (if you want) he makes you a magnesium drink. AWESOME!!! I can’t recommend it highly enough!

i used to go to a chiropractor regularly back in pittsburgh but this was my first chiro experience in LA and it was fabulous.
so i woke up saturday morning with severe upper back/​neck/​shoulder pain. it was so bad that i did everything i could to find a chiro i could see immediately. terry rich was one of the few offices that was even open on the weekend, let alone could fit me in. but they took me almost immediately.
the session began with a massage. it felt great and helped loosen the muscles. the therapist was friendly as well. then the doctor came in. i saw dr. rich but there is a second chiro as well. he was very friendly and explained his process was he went along. he adjusted a few things for me and when i went to the desk to pay he also made me a magnesium water to help the muscles.
their prices were very fair and they have great referral benefits. i already have my follow up appointment booked!

Terry and his staff are the best at what they do in all of Los Angeles. I’ve tried other chiropractors and no one compares. I’ve been seeing Terry for probably 13 years or more and my body is always in good shape. Can’t recommend Terry Rich highly enough. Also his staff and especially his massage therapist are also terrific.

I’ve been going to Dr. Rich for a couple of years now. He and his staff are very friendly and professional. Christina gives me great 20 minute massage but be prepared for deep tissue massage! She loosens up all of my knots. Dr. Rich is very knowledgeable and I always feel better when he has done an adjustment. I highly recommend Dr. Rich!

I have been seeing Dr. Linda at this office for several months now. First of all, I’ve been going to different chiropractors since I was 12 years old. Dr. Linda is the first one I’ve seen that cares so deeply for me and to make sure I’m feeling good. I only go see her for maintenance (bc I feel it’s very important for the body to be in line); however, I always come out feeling SO much better. Her adjustments can be tough on you (hurt from time to time) bc she’s manipulating the muscle/​tendon (not the «cracking» — she’s gentle with that), but it’s SO worth it bc it’s an immediate pain reliever vs waiting a few months on one area of the body.
Don’t delay — go to this clinic and ask for Dr. Linda OR Dr. Rich. Both are good in their respective areas. The staff is so friendly and amazing — I feel like it’s family. They treat their patients super well. Nydia is great at the front desk — she is always on top of everything. Love this place.

Dr. Lacefield is also amazing!!! Saw her for the first time today and she did wonders! I feel brand new every time I leave the office. The office staff is fantastic! I highly RECOMMEND! :)

I found Dr. Rich through a Living Social deal. I was skeptical because finding a good Chiropractor can be a challenge. You never know what you will get on your first visit. I was able to get an appointment same day for an alignment. I had a stiff neck and a popped rib that I get from time to time and I needed relief. Dr. Rich’a location was easy to get to & his staff was very accommodating. The special gave me a 20 minute clothes on massage with Christina. She was great if you love really firm hands and aren’t afraid to work the knots out. Dr. Rich was able to adjust every part of my neck and back! I was so thrilled I had instant relief! I left so excited about finding him that I immediately referred two friends who also had amazing visits!
I am definitely heading back, next time for an hours massage and adjustment. I highly recommend Dr. Rich!

Staff is very friendly, even though me and my wife were a little bit late for our appointment on a very busy Saturday. Dr. Rich is very easy going and easy to talk to and doesn’t rush.
Neck and shoulders are always extremely tight but I felt much better after my adjustment. The massage before hand with a heated pad was great and helped me relax and loosen up.
Friendly staff, knowledgeable chiro and it’s walking distance for me. Not to mention a low co-​pay all make it a no brainer to go back. Probably should call ahead, especially if you plan on going in on a Saturday. Parking seems a bit limited. There’s a plaza with HY Sandwiches and other businesses, but I don’t know if they’d tow you if you parked there.

Absolutely wonderful!
I had never been to a chiropractor before, but really jacked up my neck and was miserable. Dr. Rich made me feel so comfortable, explained everything to me and went above & beyond. I cannot say enough good things — amazing 20 minute massage beforehand and then he worked his magic on my neck. I feel so much better.

I woke up with a stabbing pain between my shoulder blades. After a day off work, ibuprofen and ice, it wasn’t much better. So the next morning I went to Unilocal to look for a chiropractor. One was not open yet, the other wasn’t taking new clients. I saw good reviews on Terry Rich and called them as soon as they opened. They were able to squeeze me in a few hours later. It’s a great place, everyone is genuinely friendly. As others mentioned, your visit starts off with a 20 minute sports massage and a heating pad. After that Dr. Rich went to work and gave me a pretty thorough adjustment. By the next afternoon, I wasn’t really feeling much pain at all and was back at work.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a friendly, honest Chiropractor.

Dr. Rich is an excellent chiropractor. I have long term back pain and he is the only chiropractor I have ever went to that has been able to relieve the back pressure I have. His masseuse is also excellent and she is able to massage and release the tension in your muscles enough so that Dr. Rich can easily do adjustments. The staff is friendly and they all work very well together. He has a gentle touch yet is able to do a strong adjustment without causing you pain. I am currently living in London but if I am ever back in LA I will definitely be a patient again.

I found Dr. Rich through an Amazon Local offer and I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to schedule an appointment within a week of buying the offer.
When I arrived at the office, everyone was very friendly and I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen.
The offer I had was a 30 min massage with a 30 min chiropractic consultation and adjustment. My massage therapist, Gigi, was thorough and had a great touch. Dr. Rich was polite and very knowledgeable and after a few cracks, I walked out immediately feeling better.
I have been looking for a professional and affordable chiropractor since moving to Hollywood and I finally found the place to be. Dr. Rich even offers a free treatment for every referral, you can’t beat that!
