Target

Great target! Parking is plentiful and well spaced out stalls, very helpful and FRIENDLY employees who know how to smile! (Rare skill in my opinion)
Go in the opening hours and your wont deal with crowds and the lines are shorter. Returns are great as well! Today I had to return some things and Elizabeth at return this morning was a delight! Very pleasant demeanor, friendly and efficient! I can’t imagine giving this location anything less than 5 stars, except for maybe their restrooms which could be cleaned more often in the evening hours, BUT– I think that accounts for mostly the *whispers* … Clientele who were raised in a barn and don’t know good hygiene, lol!

Target has very poor customer service. I bought a watch many years ago and after two months the minute indicator fell and I went back to the store and they wouldn’t give me a refund or another watch. Good thing I didn’t pay a lot and I just threw it in the garbage and I vowed not to use Target again. Until recently that is where I thought to give them a second chance. So I went to the store and as I was looking around I saw a luggage with a sale label on it and I took it. When I went to the cashier I found out that price was $ 40 more than the label. The manager came and after he checked he said that that happened by mistake and that it would not honor the sale price. Obviously I left a more than $ 200 order behind me and walked out. Target is a joke really.

I love shopping at Target. This is the closest Target location from my house. I have a good experience everytime I come in. It’s always well stocked and fairly clean and organized. The staff is always willing to help. I also like the fact that there is a Starbucks. I like to end my shopping trip with a peach green tea lemonade.
I do wish that they would open more registers for a faster check out.

In a convenient location but it’s always busy. They don’t sell alcohol past 10, I’m not sure why and the manager just told us because it’s the policy… so who knows. Easy to return stuff and always good service.

Came here on a Wednesday night at 10:00 PM and the self checkout machines were not working and some guy named Anthony with a nose piercing hoop kinda thing helped out so much! Excellent customer service if you ask me!

I get everything at Target. I find the smallest reason to spend time at Target. Daily uses like shampoo and toilet paper, or clothes and shoes, I get it all.
That being said, this isn’t the best or the biggest Target. The stuff in the $ 1 section goes really fast and is never organized.
Recently, during the holidays, I encountered the worst cashier I have ever had. I’m usually really happy with all the cashiers at this Target. It was clear that this person was only hired for the holiday season. She grabbed my phone to scan my Cartwheel, never had that happen. She becomes the brown bag I brought and then charged me for a new one. It was the worst. This is my only complaint. I understand there is a need to hire more people for the holidays, but at least hire people that have better customer service.
If the Burbank location wasn’t such a pain because of their parking lot, I would much rather go to that one.

This is not one of the open until midnight Targets… this one only goes until 11pm. They have a huge parking lot that they share with a few other businesses (Sushi Park, Payless…). Grab yourself a red plastic cart and go shopping for things you need and things you didn’t know you needed!
Their stationery section is well stocked– they have a little of everything– lots of greeting cards, gift wrap, coloring stuff for kids, and basic office supplies. I also like their cosmetics section which has everything you could need with some surprising name brands like: Boots No. 7, Sonia Kashuk, Bare Escentuals, IMAN, Jane, JK Jemma Kidd, Milani, NP Set, Origins, Pixi, Rimmel and Soap and Glory. Their hair color prices can’t be beat.
Clothes for all and a good baby section, registries, a dedicated area for returns, electronics, bedding, automotive, gardening, tons of holiday stuff (including a small selection of Hanukkah things), books, CDS, DVDs, magazines, toys, sporting goods, household cleaning supplies and appliances, dishwares, decorative items– you name it– they probably have it. Not bad for a Target…

My phone was stolen here BY an employee in the bathroom! 5 minutes after it disappeared, nobody helped me. They said they couldn’t do anything… Then when I went home and tracked it, it was still in Target, and went from the front of the building to the employees section of target. Then it went straight to the EMPLOYEE PARKING LOT several minutes later!!! I had my sister go while I tracked the phone on my computer and ask the manager to look at the cameras because we KNOW someone has it. HE REFUSED!!! Tried to get the police involved, they didn’t help… (Which is understandable) then I wrote to corporate, AND THEY DIDNT GIVE A FUCK! Wow Target, never going to shop at your store again. Moral of the story is, I tracked this bitch all the way to her house and upon confrontation of the TARGET EMPLOYEE that opened the door, she denied having taken my phone… Big disappointment that no justice was served. If something was stolen from the restaurant I work at, the manager would sit by the computer and watch the camera until he found the person who did it and FIRE them. Hope you’re all reading this you assholes!!! Karma.

I love Target! Not many places you can go to buy clothes, toiletries, and food. Store is well kept too.

If there was a –1 star I would give it with no hesitation. The staff in the store is extremely rude, careless. Twice I’ve seen people with dogs in the store grocery department; no one tells these people that they cannot be there with animals unless they are service dogs. I approached several employees and informed the situation. 2 of them told me that store manager doesn’t mind and they can’t do anything. For the second time when I saw a dog in the store one of the employees informed me that I can go to
and complaint.
NASTY… NASTY… NASTY… Especially when the dog is sniffing the food and jumping on top of the refrigerator when there is a food.

Um, everytime there is a problem, whoever I speak to delegates it to another person and it never gets solved.
The people who I have encountered here are lazy and don’t want to be held accountable for anything. It’s pretty terrible.
On one occasion, I ordered photos online and got a pick-​up confirmation telling me they’re ready. I arrived at the location only to be treated rudely and be told that they are out of printing paper and don’t know when they’re going to receive another shipment. Maybe they should have called me to let me know before I drove all the way there? The woman who «helped» me didn’t seem to think so.
After this, I swore I wasn’t going to shop at this location anymore, and of course I did. I bought a pair of boots online and called the store to see if I could get a different size. The woman on the phone told me there is nothing she could do and that I would have to cancel the order and re-​order. Are you kidding me? I’m sure Target has a way to deal with issues like this because they don’t want to lose customers. If I have to cancel an order, it’s likely that I won’t re-​purchase it. In any case, the woman was rude and I got the notion that she didn’t feel like dealing with is so she kept trying to transfer me to the shoe department, but couldn’t figure out how to work the phone. After 4 or 5 attempts, I finally got transferred and the woman who helped me was kind and did her job– she earned the star. If I could give no stars, I wouldn’t– I would still give one because of her.
Moral of the story: Go to another Target– this location is not ideal.

Ok then go here. What else can I say about Target? It literally probably has EVERYTHING.
I buy my Chai Latte here. Tazo Organic Chai. Im addicted to it from Starbucks and discovered that I can just make it at home. 3 bucks for a whole carton. 4 bucks to buy a single serve cup in starbucks.
I also bought a couple of shirts here because I have no style and rely on more functional stuff to wear. 10 bucks for a comfortable collared shirt.

Hate going to this location unless I really have too. I had bought a Fitbit watch at the Burbank location in black since they did not have the color I wanted. I ended up calling the North Hollywood Target the following day at 9 a.m. To ask if they had the color I was looking for. Which they did, and I asked them to place it on hold and I would be there in an hour. I specifically told them it was going to be an exchange and the electronic employees named Erica or Erin assured me it was going to be at guest service. When I get to the store I ask for my item turns out they never brought it to guest service. I spoke to a manager, and they could not get a hold of the person that helped me. I offered to go get the item and she asked me to wait. Anyways by the time I got my item it was 20 minutes later.
Speaking to the guest service employee I told her it was just an exchange to put the money back on my card in case I wanted to return it if I did not like the product. SHE DID THE OPPOSITE! She put the money of the 1^st Fitbit on a gift card and used it to exchange or purchase the Fitbit that I wanted to exchange it for originally. After testing out the product it turns out if wasn’t for me. I go to return and can’t even get my money back since she put the money on a GIFT CARD. I do not want credit there goes $ 163.00 down the drain! Spoke to a higher manager regarding this and she was the rudest person I have ever spoke to.

You wanna know how I win at mother effin life!?! I come here, buy the same brand & style of sock & NEVER have to make pairs again! And the only time I lose a sock is when I go to sleep with 2 socks but only wake up with 1.
Oh what’s up lil homie, can’t find that 2^nd sock with the gray heel & red stitching across the toes? Can’t find that other ankle sock with the word HANES printed on the bottom? Why come one of your ankle socks has a pink ring around the top & the other one doesn’t, what you don’t make pairs!?!

2014 Unilocal 365 CHALLENGE — ³⁶⁴⁄₃₆₅
I recently moved to North Hollywood and naturally had to find the closest Target near me. For awhile I avoided this Target and drove further to the one in Burbank because that one is located in a nice shopping center and is bigger. I finally started going to this Target and I have to say it really isn’t that bad!
Parking is probably my least favorite thing about this Target. They have their own parking lot, but I always feel like I can NEVER find a close parking spot. This Target always seems busy because there are so many cars parked there all the time and lots of pedestrians, but luckily the inside of the store never feels that crowded.
This Target is on the older side so it doesn’t like brand new and pretty, but it gets the job done and I don’t have a problem with it. They layout is kinda different so it takes a little bit of getting used to, but it’s not too bad.
Other than the annoying parking, I don’t really have any complaints about this Target. 4 stars!

I go to this target all the time. They have always met my needs just fine. Its an automatic «go to» when we have a kids birthday party to attend. With two little ones that’s like every single weekend. There’s a great selection, we never have been let down the gift area. But we go to 99cent store for wrapping or gift bags.
This lot is busy, parking is a challenge sometimes. Theres a starbucks inside as well as a fast food place. Its changed a few times so, ill leave it at that. They have everything here I’d find in any other target. All in all, its a good store.
This is a clean store, even the bathrooms for the most part. The only down side is that it is near impossible to find a worker on the floor if you’re looking for anything specific or have a question. And many times they don’t have the answer or are misinformed. Its a big store maybe thats asking too much.
I’ve had to return things here a few times and its never been an issue.

This Target is HORRIBLE because Of it’s Extremely Poor Customer Service. I went only to see if I could purchase an item. Online says the item is for In Store purchase only. I do research to see which stores has the items an how many. Well according to the online system which never seems to be updated by the stores regularly, I go to one of the stores and not one in stock. I cal this Location in NORTH HOLLYWOOD. I’m put on hold for 20 minutes! I hang up and call back to speak to manager to explain my annoyance for a 20 min wait and I wait another 6 minutes for him to answer only to NOT apologize and to then look up the item in 2 seconds and tell me only 1 of 4 are in stock. 30 min I’ll never get back. What a waist of time.
