So you want to know what is not awsome??? Paying money for nothing. Went through the drive thru, ordered a bunch of stuff, went home(20 minutes away) and guess what? Half of my order was not in the bag! I look in the bag for a receipt to call customer service and guess what? No receipt! Thanks for stealing my money with me being able to do nothing about it! I hate people that say this usually, but this time it is warranted… how hard is it to do your job when i am the only customer??? I know plenty of people who need a job who will do it right… i want my money back!!!

Went to this location for lunch and got food poisoning. I got a crunchy taco and soft taco supreme and it’s all had to eat that day so I’m 99.9% sure that’s what made me sick. Couldn’t keep anything down for about 12 hours and had to go to urgent care. Thanks Taco Bell!

This taco bell does a reasonable job. It’s our go-to local bell… They aren’t open very late, though… so check the hours before you show up.

On Halloween night, me and my friends decide to go get some Taco Bell. We head to this specific location because it was the nearest one to us at the time. We drive over in different cars. I was driving my own car while the 5 friends were in the car I was following. We arrived at the drive thru at approximately 1:46 am; before closing time which was 2am. When we arrived, there was already a customer at the speaker making an order. We could hear that the employee taking the order was very rude. And on top of that, it felt like it took forever for that same employee to even begin taking that customer’s order. Afterwards, my 5 friends in the one car pull up to the speaker, waiting for assistance. It literally took 5 minutes or even more for them to hear from that same employee. I overheard their exchange, and once again, the employee was very rude in her responses. In addition, while we were patiently waiting in the drive-thru, the parking lot lights were turned off before 2 am(the scheduled time Taco Bell was supposed to close), which we found strange. Anyways, after they finished their order, they pull up to the window and I pull up to the speaker where I continue to patiently wait to hear from someone. The five friends got their food and left the drive thru and then pull up into the neighboring gas station to wait for me. So now there is no one at the window and I’m still waiting for a response. I keeping stating«Hello» repeatedly… and still nothing. I was literally waiting there for 10 minutes. Then I pull up to the window, and no one is to be seen. I then go to meet up with my friends at the gas station. The customer behind me too, waited for a long period of time in the drive thru with no service, and they left evidently«pissed off». My friends were telling me about their customer service experience. In short, the employee continued to be rude to them at the window– handing the soda carelessly over to the point where it almost dropped to the ground, throwing their cold food at them, missing a taco, refusing to give them their receipt and more. On top of that, she(the employee) wasn’t even wearing a name tag like she was supposed to be. As we were talking about this, other people go to the drive thru and leave thinking Taco Bell was probably closed when in fact it really wasn’t. Then, we notice that the Taco Bell parking lot lights were turned back on and the employee that was hiding from all potential customers was clearly sweeping and no longer hiding. We consider the fact that maybe she forgot that there was a time change, either way she still shouldn’t be acting the way she was. So I drive back to the drive thru, stopped at the speaker, asked for help multiple times, and still, nothing. At this point, I’m very angry. I then pull up to the window and once again, she’s hiding. And let’s just say I made myself really clear, so I know that she knows that I’m there. Afterwards I leave. And to be quite frank I’m glad all this happened so I can reveal her true nature.

I love this Taco Bell. I never had a problem with my order and the service is always nice, but I have experienced long lines. Oh and tough parking lot, I wouldn’t recommend parking there… that’s why I always do drive thru. Whenever I crave Taco Bell I go here.

This is the third time I have attended this Taco Bell and my order is incorrect. The first time I was 20 mins away and I turned around and got it corrected, no type of remedies made to cover the 40 mins drive. Second time, I was too far from the restaurant to turn around and attempted to call and no one answered. This time I’m simply done with Taco Bell; I again ordered a #8 and I get Taco Supremes. I don’t like Sour Cream nor do I enjoy the scent of it. I would ask for a coupon but whats the point! It clearly shows regular Tacos… how can you«f» this every single time?

Yeah, it pretty much sucks. I just got home after ordering 4 things: Chicken Nachos BelGrande, Doritos gordita, Some crunchwrap thing and the cinnabon things First off. It’s taco bell, so they get a star for just giving me stuff that is decent, cheap, tasty food. But… They mixed up the nachos, beef instead of chicken. I repeated 3 times that they were chicken. Why keep asking me the order if you’re not gonna get it right anyway? My money is on the intercom system being complete crap. They also didn’t include the dipping icing for my cinnabon desert. That is simply unacceptable. If you understood the cinnabon part, the icing should go in as a default! I go to fast food for efficiency. You have one job. Please get it right.

One of the worst, most inefficient Taco Bell restaurants you will encounter. I only go to the drive-thru, can’t speak on the dining area inside. Most of the time, the food isn’t fresh. They tend to forget an item or two when I place larger orders. In the last two years, they still have not replaced the screen that shows your order by the speaker. Twice in the last month, their computers went down and weren’t able to accept credit cards. I only go here when I’m starving and need something quick.

The service here is just awful in the store and drive thru! I wanted a smothered burrito since everything changed to $ 1.00 and more. By the way when did that happen and did taco bell add more meat to the tacos? Why? I think I will stick with Del Taco. Get a new nicer staff who listens to questions.

AVOID: This Taco Bell NEVER gets my orders correct! This is the 3rd time in a week and a half that I’ve been there, ordered at the drive thru on my way home from work, got home and my order was wrong! I ordered 4 items but received 5(one item that I didnt even order but was charged $ 3 for and another of my items I asked for extra cheese(at an additional cost) and they didnt put any cheese in it just TONS of lettuce instead. How hard is it to pay attention these days? I am now avoiding this Taco Bell location like the plague. THUMBSWAYDOWN!!! P. S.- I am only giving this two stars because the food(as far as Taco Bell food goes) was good!

It’s Taco Bell and the food is good, but the employee on break playing loud annoying music was not. Then another employee came over to check it out, not professional and very annoying. Please put on headphones, we don’t want to hear your phone.

My to go to place for food before going to work. I work usually around 4 or 5 pm so usually make a quick stop here for their happy hour special. I love me a good happy hour snack size burrito with a 1 dollar medium pepsi, It just hits the spot. The staff is here is friendly and they pretty much recognize me already haha. My order is always good and well prepared. Love this taco bell.

This is one of the weirdest reviews I’ve ever written… I mean, it’s fast food right? Well, this Taco Bell is absolutely AWESOME! I do not like to eat fast food usually. I’m always trying to watch calories, fat intake, etc… trying to live healthy and all that… less preservatives… always trying to lose a couple extra pounds… So when I do decide to eat fast food, I seriously want to cry when it sucks. I mean, it’s like I ate 5000 calories and it wasn’t even worth it… Well, if you’re like me and occasionally like to embrace your crappy college diet cravings… this is where you should go. The burritos are full, the quesadillas are cheesy and not 90% tortilla… they remember all the sides you ask for and special orders. I love it! You may still feel the regret of having eaten food that may go straight to your thighs, but at least your taste buds and tummy will be satisfied!

David the Manager is a rude and not capable manager. After waiting for 3 min by the drive through intercom and not getting answer, and after being pushed by the honking of the people behind us, he refused to take our order, closing the window in our face. We tried to talk to him he said he didn’t «give a fuck» about the people waiting for us and walked into the store. Another employee came after him, and under the pressure of the manager, he refused to serve us. When we said we would complain about it in Unilocal, better Business Bureau and Taco Bell, he laughed at us. We decided to leave in behalf of other customers. I’ve been a customer for many years, this is just unacceptable. Is it too much to expect nice service and polite people?
