RST Visions In Color

History

Technology, Inc. of San Jose, CA, announces their acquisition of Visions in Color, a premier entertainment lighting supplier in Burbank, CA. The new company name is RST Visions in Color and the headquarters of the new company will be in Burbank. This will also be the location of the primary distribution center for lamps and other equipment supplied by the new company.

The combined company will have a much larger market for lamps and entertainment lighting than either individual company had before. This will improve the ability of RST Visions in Color to service their customers with improved systems, increased inventories, and a much broader spectrum of products. This acquisition also serves to strengthen outlet channels for major manufacturers of lamps and lighting equipment. While the main headquarters will be located in Burbank, the offices in San Jose will be fully maintained so that customers in Northern California will continue to receive the quality service and support they are
