McDonald’s

This McDonald’s is really good on there drive thur. There fast and never forget the orders. They have a nice dining area. Nice clean bathroom. The only thing this place is full with homeless people. My kids like playing in there play place.

There’s nothing worse than a young woman working fast food (register) with chipped fingernail polish. Disgusting.
The government should close down all fast food service starting with Carl’s Jr and McDonald’s. Oh, not to forget that Burger King across the street.

So this McDonald’s has gotten in my last nerves … 1^st of all why can’t you guys take your jobs seriously yet some want to get paid more than minimum wage. Oh okay… take your job seriously and maybe they’ll do that one day.. Any who the bath room is always filthy like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. I rather pee my own pants than use your restrooms. It’s not a high end restaurant but for reals ew. Even the tables when you go eat the floors are filthy af.
The drive threw is a mess. I’ve waited an hour once just to take my order like I swear to you its like only one person was working at the moment or something.. Some of the girls who take your order have an attitude like if they hate their job or something. You guys have never failed not to get my order complete… it’s always missing something. Fries chickens apple slices and when I bring it to your guys attention right away let me see the receipt and say it’s already in thier. Okay smart assses if it was in my bag would I be asking for it? Uhm no. Theirs even times that they ask what’s your order again like are kidding me? I go in and cook my own artificial fake food if I could cuz it’s obvious that no one knows how to take orders properly or even give two **** about their job. I can write this review and it wouldn’t matter cuz it will be the same still I do plan to call the number of how are you guys doing. Pretty shity I believe so
Thank you to all the employees who always forget something in every order I’ve made. Because I’m obviously not hungry when I stop by here for some thing quick to eat.

So, I don’t usually leave reviews, but I just left this McDonald’s, and I am utterly horrified! First of all, after I clearly asked them for a drink, I waited for several extra minutes at the window after they handed me my food, trying to get their attention because they hadn’t given me the drink. Then, when the woman came back to the window wondering what I was still doing there, I told her that she hadn’t handed me my drink, and she gave me a dirty look while she got it for me (as if I hadn’t already paid for it, which I had). After that, when I got home, and my girlfriend Jen and I got our food out to eat it, I smelled the distinctive bouquet of rank body odor on it. I gave it to Jen to see if I was crazy, and she smelled it, too. Seriously, wtf?

They are friendly here, but I end up with long waits at this place. I ordered 50 nuggets, and a couple other items. I asked how many sauces I get, 10, I lay out what I’d like. I had to wait a bit for the 2 cars in front of me, plus a few minutes for my order. I get one good sized bag, and I ask if my sauces are inside, after I see only the ranch on top. The employee assures me they’re all inside the bag.
I just worked a long day as a valet, then reffed 3 soccer games, for adults, back to back. I was too tired to go rooting through the bag, and took his word. Well, only 2 ranches were inside, I ate one pack of nuggets with the ranch, and went back to the location. I told the cashier I wanted the rest of the sauces, which I found out they didn’t have any left of the buffalo I wanted. Why didn’t someone tell me that before, why would someone see a huge bag of nuggets and only drop 2 sauces in it? I’m hoping there was a mixup and something wasn’t ready and someone prematurely gave my order. The cashier was different on my return, the person at the window was different on my return as well. It was around 1030p I think, my last game was on the westside and done at 930.
Also, on my return for the sauces, there was a mixup or something with a car 2 spots ahead of me. I waited in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes, not an exaggeration. The car was given a bag and a mccafe, and then a HUGE wait, then the last bag and the person drove off. It was a real pain to have to drive back and wait for such a long time, just for the easiest part of my order.

Showed up in the morning had to wait more than 30 minutes for my order. Wow never coming to this Mc Donalds.

Decided to grab a quick breakfast before starting our workday ordered a biscuit and hashbrowns — since all sizes of soft drinks are advertised as $ 1 I ordered a large coke and I even made the girl repeat my order. When I got to the window a lead/​manager was giving me my order — with a MEDIUM drink. I said that’s not a large she said you have to order a large. I said I did and you REPEATED my order! She closed the window and never came back fucken snotty bitch! And hoes like her are demanding $ 15 hellllll nooooo McDonald’s your customer service sucks I’m not going to spend an hour on the phone to complain only to get a HALF OFF SMALL CONE! Weak! You should take some lessons from In n Out and fire that rude ass THOT!!!

Nice new decorations, clean and more modern, up to date. Friendly staff. This place is almost never busy busy. Perfect of you’re hurry on the go. Large television and sound system as well as a nice play area for the kids.

Terrible location. Because the drive through can be entered from either side, the drive through is total chaos. I cut bait and never ended up ordering because the wait and traffic jam was too much effort.
Also, even if you are going to park and walk inside, the parking lot is very tricky to navigate because of the back up of cars in the drive through line. :(

worst service ever!!! five employees standing there and not one could serve me. and all i wanted was a cup of coffee, then rudeness when they finally acknowledged me.

Ordered a medium chocolate chip frappé with an extra shot of expresso which was 50 cents extra. The frappé was no where near blended!?! It had big chunks of ice bergs in the cup and the chocolate chips were all in their whole shape!
This mcdonalds is over priced based on their service what good is it getting something cheap if they can’t even make it right. If their people aren’t trained they shouldn’t be on the floor preparing orders.
Not to mention their pies were cold and stiff! Horrible service

Have been here a few times for our Mc Dees cravings and sadly we have been disappointed often. The drive thru is always in bad shape. The girl taking the order acts like she hates her job and always has an attitude. Iv actually complained but i have a feeling the employees are friends and do not care…
The food quality is also hit and miss. Cold fries, missing drinks and food happens very often. Managment seems not to care… and really would it hurt to say thank you once and awhile…
Overall, this is not the standard or quality i am used to when i visit McDonalds. Someone needs to step in and re-​train and fire the bad ones. Will not be going back!

My fries here are always cold -.-. I always have to ask them to add no salt to my fries so they make them fresh and put salt on myself if not it’s cold ! But aside from that also chicken nuggets seem old and just heated up. Not a place I recommend to my friends at all!
Long wait for your food to be cold and dried up I don’t think so. Service is great ! Just the food doesn’t meet the quality of the service. If rather wait 4 mins to get everything fresh than not. This establishment needs to fix this it happens every time I go.

Service is fair during the day, but late night it is RIDICULOUS. Drive thru is super slow and they’ve messed up our order at least twice. My bf’s Big Mac was all greasy and sloppy, we had never seen anything like it! So I went back to get a new one and they didn’t put cheese on it!!! We will not be returning!

This is the second time in two months that items are missing from my order. Coincidence? It’s not inexpensive items like has browns or French Fries but Egg McMuffins that cost almost $ 4.00. You be the judge.

Please note: This review is for the infuriating drive thru experience at this particular location. (I’m sweating from anger as I write this. & I’m also jamming my finger at the keyboard, and it’s not it’s fault) Lol. No but really, it really pissed me off.
The man lover and I were craving a late night grub and decided to hit Mc’ Donald’s for some chicken nuggets. I get to the intercom and make my order. Once I hit the window, this grumpy ol’ lady demands the cash. Ewe! I give her my money and she then comes back with my change. I ask her for Ketchup, Ranch, and BBQ. She then rolls her eyes and sticks her annoying face back in. She comes back with my order and basically slams the sauces on my hand. This BITCH only gave me 2 Ketchup packages. 2! I think she figured I was going to ask for more, so before I said anything she rudely says ‘Theres more inside’ and then slams the window. I swear I wanted to jump in through the window and drag her from her hair. I left pissed off and didn’t enjoy my food because I just kept thinking how badly I wanted to feel her disgusting hair on my fingers as I pulled it. –_​–
Geez! Why are people so f’ing rude? She would act like the ketchup was coming out of her paycheck and shit.

Great Mc Donalds. Three stars is the max I will give to a fast-​food joint (so this is a fast-​food «rave») and you’re probably wondering what use it is to review a McD’s. I normally wouldn’t do a review here since generally the menu is supposed to be universal at all locations but the girl who served me last did something extra nice and I think she deserves recognition.
I had been getting fed up – so to speak – with the soggy or luke-​warm potato wedges you can sometimes get when you order take out. It ruins the meal, I want them HOT. I always make a stink when I go so I am sure the wedges are fresh and recently prepared but even when I ask (and this is not specific to this location but to all locations) cold wedges will somehow find their way into my bag.
I asked the girl working there to be extra sure and she, without me asking, tasted one and confirmed. That was really nice and I appreciate it all the more when I remember how many times at other restaurants I have made the same stink and been served stale, soggy or luke-​warm fries/​wedges.

Wow, am I really doing a fast food review? Yep! Ive never had a problem with them and the customer service is great! Been here at all times of the early morning and night!
There shakes have improved in thickness and even adds whip cream and a cherry! I will be back!

I’ve been coming here since 2007 and the food has always been exceptional. The management seems to really have a handle on running the restaurant.
Breakfast sandwiches are prepared perfectly. Beverages taste how they should, every time. Drive-​thru service is like clockwork: fast and friendly.
I indulge in the occasional Big Mac from time to time, because this location manages to serve them EXACTLY like the picture, or better! Sounds silly, I know, but it’s the little things right?
Could use a bigger parking lot, and expanded hours.
