This McDonald’s is usually pretty good about stuff but tonight was absolutely terrible. I ordered a sweet tea and it was the most stale, foul tasting tea I’ve ever tried. Took one sip and had to throw the rest away. My fries were beyond cold and soggy. And my 10 piece nugget only had 9 nuggets in it. Wtf is that? I understand the quality of the product probably goes down at night but you can’t hire someone with a first grade education that can count to 10? I just wasted $ 10 on this shit and barely ate any of it. I won’t be coming back. Doesn’t matter though, no one here will reach out to make it right bc they don’t care. AVOIDTHISPLACE.

i went to the riverside location because the service is so bad at the olive ave store in Burbank cal. the woman knew what I wanted. it was printed out what I wanted. she even went out of the way to tell the cooks what I wanted. I DIDNTGETWHAT I WANTED! now the state wants to mandate they get 15.00 an hour. they cant even understand what they are told to do. I even contacted McDonalds corporation in Oakbrook ILL and complained about Burbank. who knows what will happen there but at least I got them to make my order right. JUSTGOTADDITUDE a lot there.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s I have been to… The only reason this establishment is still open is because of location. If I could I would blow this McDonald’s up… Honestly if the chain was smart they would do it for me. Honestly they serve nothing hot, or like the menu should be… Actually maybe I should thank this McDonald’s location bc I stop eating late at night because of this location. After reading other reviews… obviously after all the negative reviews this does not stop people from coming in… I wish we could boycott this location… I honestly might write the HQ and ask them what will it really take to stop such bad service. But I know the answer… We(the consumer) need to stop coming here!

This is the absolute worst location EVER!!! Wrong orders, rude service, unintelligent supervisors… not good at all… there are a few star employees that rock, but we’ve had many bad experiences there.

I was on my way home and so exhausted needed coffee. I live close to this McDonald’s but rarely frequent because orders are never correct. I ordered coffee and asked for sugar inside. He said crème. I said please no crème I can’t have it just sugar. I drank it rolling up riverside. I almost fainted it was full of crème no sugar!!! I’M LACTOSEINTOLERANT. I called but they didn’t answer as I’m sitting here sick as a dog!!! I can’t believe it, they never get orders right. I tried them because I was desperate! I really don’t understand! I’m so pissed right now and I will not stop until I reach corporate!!!

literally IN the drive thru rn. I ordered a cheeseburger, a medium order of fries, and a number 8 which SHOULD already include the fries. the guy at the drive thru even asked me TWICE if I had fries. I said yes. I should have 1 medium fry and a fry that comes with the number 8. I get to the window to pick up my food and didn’t receive it and had the wrong drink. AND I had to pay extra for my fries. it’s not my fault that the guy didn’t put in that I had 2 fries. it’s not hard. make sure your employees are paying attention. SOANNOYING!!!

By far the best McDonald’s! The people working there are friendly and the food always comes out hot and fresh. It is in a good location also and if you are craving McDonald’s, go to this one!

Worst McDonalds ever! I always end up going here because it’s so close to my apartment and always regret it, go to the Carl’s Jr. instead. They mess up my order almost every time, even late at night when there’s no one else there. This last time my bf ordered a side a fries which we never received, and we also didn’t receive our receipt to give the company feedback. And this isn’t the worst that’s happened here; I don’t think I received the correct order from them once. I have responded to the survey on the receipt once, in which I deplored the horrible service, and imagine many people have left negative feedback, so I don’t know how this location has stayed open. I wish this location would be shut down so I wouldn’t even have the opportunity to be screwed over again. Please take note McDonalds and shut this one down! Thank you.

I understand that this is a McDonalds and you can’t expect outstanding service at any McDonalds, but at least get the orders correct… that’s all I ask for. My boyfriend and I were very clear when we ordered, but we had to say the order twice because the girl apparently couldn’t hear us and there were long gaps of silence. And this was after waiting an ungodly time in the drive thru after a difficult customer in front of us, so my patience was already being tested. I was suspicious that she STILL got the order wrong even though we said it multiple times, so I asked her at the pay window to repeat it to me and of course she missed a large fries. I thought since we had repeated it YETAGAIN it would be correct, but we get home to discover that they forgot to give us the sauce to our mcnuggets… SUPERPISSED because the hot mustard makes those things! UGH. Never give these people the benefit of the doubt. Always check your order at the window and make sure everything is there and correct. Incompetent bastards.

I rarely go to McDonald’s, but when I do go, it’s usually to get a cone. Their soft serve vanilla frozen yogurt is a great deal for about $ 1 and the texture is creamy and smooth. It’s not gelato or high end ice cream, but it’s a good choice to satisfy a craving in a pinch and if there are limited choices.

*** Pit stop review(Burbank) *** I’m not sure how to review this location except that it is SUPERPACKED in the morning! I drove by at about 7:30 am and there was no parking inside the lot, nor out on the street. There were three cars circling the lot to find parking space. The drive-through was full of cars… This place was beyond full capacity. I tried doing three drive-by’s without success and just gave up. This was the only nearby fast food where I could just run in and out. Well, my inability to access the place for food translates to it being a goldmine for the franchise. I’m not quite sure how to rate it because I couldn’t even get inside the parking lot. This really started my day off poorly without food :-(Arg…

Good lord! Don’t get off the freeway at 4 in the morning and not expect to wait 20 mins in the drive through! All for a coffee? What are they doing in there? They all must be hungover or what? Good lord. The Coffee Bean across the street would have only taken 1min!

Slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Customer service sucks. You can tell no one wants to be there. Even when workers talk to each other they are slow and not carrying. Over two minutes to get acknowledged, then 4 to get a receipt, and another 7 to just get a dipped cone

When we pulled up, there was a homeless guy guarding the front door. You physically could not enter without paying him a toll. As women, we didn’t feel safe approaching. We sat in our car and watched him heckle people coming in and out waiting for him to leave. When nobody was coming or going, he would walk around the lot looking in the backs of people’s cars. Eventually we saw another woman go in a side door, so we were able to slip by the homeless guy without paying his toll. We stood at the counter waiting to order for a while and no one came to take our order. When I glanced out the window, the homeless guy was standing there staring at us. That’s when we decided to book it over to Carl’s Jr. The homeless people here are a lot less menacing and we were able to order and get our food quickly.

Drive thru line was a bit long so I parked and walked in. The cashier was super friendly, took my order and handed me my cup. I barely filled it with ice when they annouced that my triple cheesy burger was ready to go. Super fresh and loaded with those diced onion, always a plus in my book. I tossed the bun and went to town. My only complaint would be the lack of seasoning. The salt and pepper is what makes these things so addicting… and unfortunately the cook that day used none. All in all I thought this was a good visit. Food was fresh, service was friendly and the bathrooms were spotless.

This is my favorite McDonald’s because it is right near the highway entrance so I can grab some chow at the end of the night before I head home. But the drive-though is a massively different experience than actually going in the place. Inside it is way too slow. And there are a lot of creeps late at night. Also — at the drive up window I have been given the wrong order more than once — especially when I order a double cheeseburger and I get a McDouble instead, which is one cheese slice less — and tastes of it. But on the good side — I like the location.

The only reason why I even keep coming to this place is because my son loves their Apple pie and I sometimes crave their french fries. Other than that I try to stay far away. The drive thru line is an average 20 minute wait. The inside is pretty small and sometimes crowded from the tourists stopping by before universals. There is outside seating, I believe only two tables. Now the customer service is either very nice or sucky. Well what do you expect from McDonald’s.

So first off anthony(cashier) was stoned. Which was cool. I was high also so I understood his manner. We ordered our food but he was very slow with ringing it in but it’s ok he was baked. It was funny that he was right by the register also when I made a second order later. I tried to order fries and as he was laying on a register he just says«sorry I’m on my break» lol. Such a cool guy. Finally i got my fries but when I went back for ketchup I tried asking but he just straight up ignored me and started eating a fish fillet. Haha such a boss. I love it
