Marcos is great to deal with but the Mariana woman is awful. She’s argumentative, aggressive, and generally unfair. I see other complaints about her on here, which doesn’t surprise me. She must be part owner or something since any sane business owner would have fired her long ago. Screenprinting is a service business. A service business relies on the SERVICE you provide to customers. She is providing service that drives customers like me away.
Another gripe is they require PAYMENT IN FULL when placing orders with a credit card (with cash they allow 50%). You should never pay-​in-​full before seeing the quality of your printed goods and verifying the printer got the order right. A 50% deposit is standard, no matter if you pay with cash or credit.
There are a ton of other t-​shirt companies with polite, friendly, and helpful staff. Again, Marcos is awesome but until he gets rid of that woman, use someone else!

I love Marcos, he has help me so much in the last year. If it wasn’t for his help and great prices, my Super Hugs Hub project and Captain Super Hugs would not come to life. He helped me print out many shirts and gave me a great price to decal my car. I’m always a «last minute person» and he always accommodates me and gives me a great, fair price for rush prints. I could’t be more grateful to have found them, not only the great work they do but their friendship as well. Thank you Marcos, Mariana and team for helping me out on this project, specially for printing my costume on a moments notice last week.

I have been using these guys for almost 5 years. I just wanted to take the time to acknowledge the hard work they have done for me in the past. I have brought in sketches and ideas and Marcos makes them a reality. If they make a mistake they make it right immediately. The customer service is excellent and the end results has never disappointed me. My team jerseys always looke professional and neat. The designs last and do not fade over time either. They survive sliding into bases and many washes too. They do an incredible job always and I have been nothing but satisified with what I have gotten from them.

We loved working with Marcos we have used them several times. Let me first start by saying this place is USUALLY amazing, fast affordable and really great.
However the girl they have working the phone and the desk is very hard to deal with. Meaning I called originally and then even went in almost a week and half before I had to call and ask «hey have you gotten around to the few questions I had?» … mind you we supplied the artwork we just wanted to see a mock up before we ordered with our colors flipped (very simple).
When I called today after being told that I would have something to at least look at by yesterday-(In an effort to speed up the process and knowing that I was not understood when I went into their location and spoke with the girl at the desk I literally just sat online and made the shirts and took pictures so that I could sent them M and K as an example to make myself more clear so we could get the ball rolling.) I was told «ya …so here is the thing. Ahhhh ya… we are really swamped.» Ok fine at that point I asked if it was possible to tell me when this could all happen or should I order the shirts directly online. I received the same answer.
Long story short ask to speak to Marcos or anyone else. I have now wasted two weeks dealing with situation when I could already have our shirts CONSIDERING I GAVE THEM THE ART WORK. Two pictures just show us what they would look like on a picture with a quote so I can have them approved for printing.
Sorry guys we love you normally and would love to say we will use them again however we probably wont because of this. We always use local which is really a shame. Online order of the shirts we designed it is. Five stars for Marcos– 2 stars for costumer service.

M & K did a perfect job on a 100 T-​shirt screen printing order I had. They were timely and professional and reasonably priced.

It took a while since I could find them here on Unilocal but Mariana and Marco did a perfect job for making our FIAT Jackets for Motor Village FIAT LA, in fact customers are asking me where they can get it, quick and excellent service they’ve given me and they delivered all the way from The Valley to Down Town LA!!!
