This place has everything that we cannot find somewhere. I’ve seen men and some firemen hang out here on their break and they are just enjoying and browsing non stop. I find the staff very helpful and knowledgeable not like when I go to the big stores.

I always go here when I need a special hard-​to-​find tool and they always have what I need. I work nearby and like to come here on my lunch break to look around. I never leave empty handed, always a cool tool to buy! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to shop here!

Truly a Diamond in the rough. After driving by JM tools for years on my way to the big box store, I finally decided to stop. I was desperately looking for heavy duty industrial wheels and casters for my material lifting cart. I walked in with my rusted wheels, and walked out with a set of quality replacements. Not only does JM Tools stock an amazing selection of hard to find wheels and casters, but they stock almost every tool you can imagine. The part of my visit that impressed me most was the level of customer service exhibited by the entire JM team. Maybe I’m just old school, but I really appreciated the fact that a knowledgable person was helping me find exactly what I needed and not trying to push «extras.» I always try to support family owned businesses like JM, so make sure to give them an opportunity to earn your business too.
