Jack In The Box

I tried the double jack again, and once again it failed to ‘send me’. It’s just bland, hardlly any taste or flavor. Maybe add more dressing or onions cuz all it is is a big chunk of tasteless meat and cheese, so disappointed.

Service sucks nobody can say the order number out loud I was waiting for 20 minutes just because they whisper out the order number

This location is close to me never had a problem with the food I always go through the drive thru which is a pain in the but, where cars are going in the drive thru or other cars coming out the Plaza. customer service is very good and couple of times I ate inside witch was very clean.

Ordered a breakfast jack and a order of tacos, they were extremely slow but the food was good it satisfies the urge.
The store was clean and the bathroom could have use some attention.

Rude to the max. I can’t believe how the guy was rolling his eyes when I asked for ranch. If you don’t like your job don’t work there. I would of gave it 0 stars

The parking is really bad and the staff is very slow and rude. They act like your an inconvenience to them

The woman in a gray top who looks like a manager just stands and stares at you with nobody in line while u wait to order. She says nothing and starts talking to some random Mexican guy who walks in until I say excuse me where are customers suppose to order? Then she points at a register like an idiot. Who employs these people? No greeting no nothing. I make a comment that that was weird and no apology nothing. Somebody should fix this terrible service.

This Jack In the Box is the one where the sign fell about a year ago. Lucky for Jack nobody was under the jack in the box box, you can blame that crazy valley wind for that incident.
Been here a couple times, always get my food right, the people are ok and nothing really bad about this Jack, man im glad they still make the sourdough jack, that burger is awesome.

Terrible customer service from the manager of the evening shift to the workers who had me standing in front of the counter for two and a half minutes!
I cannot believe how rude this staff was over an Ice Coffee made incorrectly that I have gotten from several Jack in the Boxes throughout the city of Los Angles.
Very displeased with the way the situation was handled and no true solution other than the one I offered, which was then refused, was offered to remedy the problem at hand.
I will never come back to this location with the current management and staff in place now at this location on the evening/​late shift.

Good customer service. Someone puked in the restroom & the staffs were active to clean it up. Waited a min for the coffee & the staff apologized for that. What else you need from a fast food chain? Oh yeah, good food :) they have that as well

I found HAIR in my FOOD at this location! I won’t be going to this restaurant EVER again! I won’t even go into detail because that speaks for itself. However, I did call and complain .end of story.

OMG i have been coming here for over 20 years and this by far the worst service I have ever had «Loren» was the pure definition of a –Lazy, ehh whatever, I’m gonna do just enough to get by, I’m not gonna offer drinks in a bigger size cause we are supposed to know that they do, I’m going to scan your card once and tell you a lie instead of trying a card again just to be safe and then have the balls to say I don’t know what to tell you instead of something nicer, she also does not listen to the order correctly and also rushed us off the intercom with our order and constantly cutting us off while we’re trying to make sure our food is correct normally I would rate Jack in the Box five stars but it seems that every time I encounter Loren things just go absolutely wrong doesn’t ask you what kind of fries you want or nothing just 0 effort to care about the customer. I hope someone from Jack in the Box is staff sees this because I am tired of being disappointed anytime I encounter her. og look I just looked in the bag and 2 of my burgers are missing

Great location and close to me when I crave tacos or curly fries! I usually go in the evening late and everyone working the drive through is always pleasant and cheerful! Tonight, the gentleman helping me gave me a ¾ filled Oreo Shake and filled it with whip cream (no charge) because the machine ran out of shake mixture. Very nice and thoughtful! Definitely was the cherry on top of my evening, literally!

Biggest complaint is parking. Everything is really crammed in here so even though there are spots exclusive to Jack, it can be difficult to get in and out of. Especially since people park as if they’re the only ones there.
But once inside, the location is clean and the food is tasty. No complaints there.

I work until Midnight so I’m glad this is close to my home.
The cashiers here are extremely nice, but there is 1 older guy, I think he is a manager.
Always extremely rude. It’s like hey, I’m just hungry, give me my food without the attitude, please.

This a really bad Jack in the Box and Jack in the Box is already pretty bad as far as food goes.
So Parking– Awful, it’s in a strip mall that has a tiny parking lot and just way way too many people for how much space there is. If you do the drive through then you will always be waiting a long line which isn’t laid out well.
Service– It’s not great, It’s not terribly worse than other fast food but it is worse

I like this location, just getting in from Coldwater gets a little awkward. I never get my orders wrong, and the workers are so much happier than Mickey Dee’s.

Met a friend here for a quick meeting and was impressed at how nice the cashier was and also at how clean the restaurant was.
Loved the fact that there was an old man with a cowboy had and binoculars in the lobby dancing to the music they piped in. Really gave the place a strange vibe but worth 3 stars nonetheless!

Yep, another review of another fast food joint! Why… cuz the service is great and the shakes are amazing!!! 24hrs and breakfast all day! Do i need to say more!!!

Again, I forgot my lunch for work. So, I had my choice for Ralph’s ready made sandwich, Subway, or… spend extra 15 – 20 minutes to make lunch and be late… Nah, I’ll just go to Jack in the Box since they make most of their food available at all hours of the day.
I don’t remember when this happened, but this location’s Jack in the Box red sign tipped over during one of L. A’.s high winds. It was on the news on every major channel. Now, they replaced the old red sign with a modified silver Jack in the Box sign. Glad they got that sign back up.
I walk in and the eating area is quite small. maybe about 25 people can eat in there. I order Two Jumbo Jacks ($ 1.39 each). My total was $ 3.05 with tax. I am glad that the Blink Technology at this Jack in the Box was working. All I had to do was my tap my card and its paid for. Unlike certain Jack in the Box where they disconnected the receiver.
My wait for my food at 8:20am was about 5 min since most of the kitchen was working on breakfast items. I wanted to use the bathroom, but there was a person inside. I assumed it was only for one person. They need to update the bathroom if they have 25 – 30 customers here.
Nothing special about my lunch, just enough to feed me for lunch and dinner. What else to talk about a common place?! Not much, unless they had some entertainment.
