If you don’t mind a cheap car for the time being and looking to upgrade within the 2 years this is a great place but if you’re looking for a car to last you awhile make sure you double check your paperwork 3 and 4x cuz they will sneak one on you. I asked for the CARFAX they gave me one but the VIN numbers didn’t match. I had engine problems every 6 months on my Volvo.

Anthony is the best car dealer I have ever met! Ryan and Susan also gave me good customer service, thank you guys. Now back to Athone! Lol who did a GREAT job all around. I love that he wasn’t just trying to sell me a car, he genuinely wanted to help me. He is a great listener and great personality. Anthony was so honest with me from the day I met him and was the same with my dad, he had no problem answering questions and also gave me the car fax without me asking for it! I will and am already writing down all the people I know that need or may need a car to refer to Hollywood auto center! Keep up the great work guys!

I have been in my new-​to-​me car for six weeks/​three thousand miles now and I am quite happy with my deal. Anthony was very low key and cool and I know this because I met a handful of pushy dickweed salespeople on my week long quest to find this particular car and I hate shopping for a car. I will send a family member there next. Pleased as punch.

The car is in great shape inside and out, plus super clean and drives NICE! They extend all buyers a 1 month/1,000 mile waranty and offer an optional 6 month waranty just in case.
We got lucky with this place having exactly what we were looking for, in the exact color we loved and Super Service. Yay

First, I would like to thank Anthony who was such a big help in our car purchase. He went out of this way to get our Tacoma even with the numerous visits but it was all worth it in the end. They even did a repair on the car when we discover a problem while test driving it. Everyone there was very professional and help expedited the paperwork and that’s a big help when you have children running around. In addition, Anthony also followed up on a touch paint pen which was back ordered. The Tacoma is my husband’s truck and I love driving it myself. I would definitely recommend friends and family of this place due to their great service and car pricing.

I have been going to Hollywood Auto for the past 5 years to get my car serviced and the employees are always very courteous and greet me with a happy welcome. My car service is always done super quick and at a great price. I highly recommend taking your car to this place.

The guys at Hollywood Auto Center were really great for my used car purchase. I never thought I would be saying this about a purchase from a used car dealer, but these guys are the exception. I would recommend them to anyone. They were courteous, «honest» and very helpful. They did not display any «gamesmanship» with my entire evaluation and purchase of this used car. They were truly professionals when it came to customer service.
Because I was coming from San Diego, I was concerned the car may be sold before arriving making it a wasted trip. The owner promised he would not allow the car to be sold on this day, so I did not have to worry about driving up and not having the opportunity to look at, test drive and purchase. They let me take the car to a nearby new car dealership for a pre-​purchase inspection (took 4 hours) which I had set up earlier in the week. The dealer inspection showed the car was in great shape (proved it to be as they advertised it).
I purchased and drove the car home the same day with zero fuss. It has now been over 30 days and have no problems with the car. I am very pleased and appreciate all the people at the Hollywood Auto Center for making this a good car buying experience for me.

First time financing a car and we had a great overall experience. I was checking out Carfax for cars in my price range and Hollywood Auto Center had all of their cars up, which was nice so I could check things out without being heckled. Went here a couple of Sunday’s ago not thinking anyone was there cause there Unilocal review says they are closed. However, one of the sales associates Anthony was there to show us some cars we were interested in. Once we found the one we liked we test drove it and then we talked numbers. He was able to stay within our monthly budget without having to tack on too many extras (such as GPS and GAP insurance). The only hiccup was that he said we were approved on Sunday when we really weren’t, the bank needed more info from us so we provided that to him and a few days later and then we found out that we were approved :) We’ve had the car a couple weeks now and are loving it! I would recommend coming here if you are in search of a new used car from friendly people at a fair price.

I was seeking to buy a car and didn’t really know my right from my left. I came across Hollywood auto center, and I decided to make the call, it was the best called I ever made. I spoke too a sales representative name Anthony Vincent, and right away he made me feel comfortable and that my call was important. a couple days after I went down and saw the car that I loved and got it with no problems. I was treated with love and kindness from all the employees, and would recommend Hollywood auto center any day to anyone to buy a car. We’ve been coming to Ruben for years. We even followed him from his old place right near our house and now drive pretty far to the north Hollywood spot. He’s worth it, always honest and goes above and beyond. The secret is to drop off your car for service and head over to salsa and beer for food and margs if it’s not close to you.

Was in the market for a low mileage car and found the perfect one here. The experience was fantastic and their whole staff was very professional. My car had an issue with the tail-​light (a common problem on 3 series apparently) and even though it was not technically covered in the warranty they replaced BOTH tail-​light without any hassle.
Also, they are really great about giving fantastic deals, I got my car for over 3K less than KBB list price and it was basically in new condition.
Definitely will be returning here when its time for another purchase.

Great experience here. We were looking for a car for my son and just happened to drive by. Shant approached us and asked us what we needed. He actually saved us a lot of money and spent a lot of time with us. At the end we ended up buying from them and so far the car is running great. We bought him a Honda Accord that had very little mileage on it and was in great condition. My son is super happy even though he wanted a fancier car, but after Shant explained to us about how reliable, safe and the great mileage this car had we were all sold. Really nice guys with great customer service skills and he even called us a week later to see how we liked it.

Since I can’t find a way to delete my previous review, I guess I have to update. It’s fixed. I’m still not completely confident nothing else will come up yet, but I did just get a call from the mechanic checking in to make sure everything was still running fine. Thanks for that.

Took in my car last week for a major service and i was told it will take a day and a half to get it finished, Sean the owner offered to give me a loaner car for the time being, which was great because no other shop will offer that. Two days later i went and got my car, fully serviced and washed. i walked in at their lunch time and i was offered to join them and they insisted for me to join, SO I DID. GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, BEST OF ALL GREAT PRICING… THANKS SEAN…

Been bringing my cars to Hollywood auto center for about 10 years now and we’ve had nothing but good experiences. Sean, the owner, is very hands on and makes sure your experience is a pleasant one. Never had a problem with these guys, would recommend them for any mechanical work needed and they recently expanded into car sales with a nice waiting area to make the wait seem more comfortable. Check them out, you won’t be disappointed! Oh by the way, their prices are very fair.

I’ve been going to Ruben at his old shop (Los Feliz Auto) since I moved to LA almost 3 years ago and am thrilled to follow him to his new shop. The Hollywood Auto Center just expanded and is a really great space. There is a comfortable waiting area that is very clean and much nicer than any other waiting area I’ve ever experienced. It feels like you are at a dealership. The guys will make sure to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not sacrificing any efficiency in service.
Ruben is affordable and honest and gives every customer the time needed to do the job right. He always explains exactly what’s going on and walks you through exact costs and gives detailed advice so you feel super informed going into each decision that needs to be made.
Most recently I had my break pads replaced, a new battery put in and an oil change. Everything’s working great now!
