Best car buying experience hands down!
After another leasing company (one that we were loyal customers since 2005) told me that the car I wanted (Honda Accord) with my dad’s name would be «impossible» (yes he used that word), to get… I lost hope. I figured since we leased from them for 10 years, why would they lie? …and my current lease was finishing so I was gonna have to return the car in 2 weeks time and was gonna be left without one. I was then referred to Aram at First Class for them to give it a try. I submitted the application at 11:00 am and waited to hear back. I get a call at 2:00 (expecting to hear the same answer) instead they asked me what color I wanted… *insert shocked face emoji*
Still thinking it’s too good to be true, I said what I wanted and waited to hear back again. Oh and get this. The whole time they’re working on getting me a car, I’m at work! I didn’t even have to go there!
Aram Called me and said my car will be brought to me at 6:00pm. They brought the car to us, brought the papers, we signed, keys handed to me, and that was it!
I never had to leave work or home! It was awesome!
I couldn’t believe it. Aram put more effort into my car buying situation than anyone else I had used! They even said we were instantly approved with no questions asked… still makes me wonder about the «impossible» comment from the other guy. But you know what? I’m so glad he didn’t help me that day because I never would’ve been referred to first class! Thank you Aram for all your effort and being the professional that you are! I will refer everyone here!

I called First Class Auto Group, in North Hollywood I was in the market to lease a new car and I was looking for a leasing company. When I called them I was pleased with the professional service that they provided me. Not only did they find the car I was looking for but they went above and beyond. They found my car with the specific colors i wanted and the exact options. Thank you for helping me lease my Lexus you guys are great. If anyone need to lease a car and wants a reputable company that will be upfront and straight forward giving you professional advice without being taken advantage of contact them.

I was looking for a good deal on a Toyota Camry SE for my parents. When I went to the Toyota dealership all they did was waste 3 hours of my time so that’s when I decided to go through a leasing company. I called around and got about 6 different quotes but First Class Auto topped them all. The person I dealt with is Allen. He was very professional, honest and organized. I spoke to him mid-​day Tuesday and he had the exact car I wanted (color, make, model) delivered to my house on Wednesday night. He would have had it delivered even sooner but I was at work until 8PM.
I have dealt with many leasing company’s in the past but this is by far the best experience I’ve had. Thank you Allen and First Class Auto group… you have helped me make my parents Holiday one that they will never forget.

I used First Class to lease my new car and I am very happy with the service. A friend of mine recommended Aram so I called him and told him my budget and the type of cars I was interested in. He was very helpful and shopped around for the best programs available for the cars I was interested in. Ended up getting an Infiniti G37 coupe fully loaded for less than I was paying for my old Audi A4 that was 4drs and had nothing. These guys can get you sick deals and they do all the work for you! All I had to do was sign at the end. The car is great and I’m very happy with the service.
