if there is a new owner– they must be amateurs. the flower arrangement I got was filled with fillers. they were roses but reminded you of an arrangement you would bring to someone’s funeral. she wrapped the entire thing in plastic and I had to ask her to take it off.

My relationship with Elegant flowers started from Unilocal: I was looking for a local florist in Noho to deliver an arrangement to a client who just had a baby. My assistant called in, placed the order and Sona, the owner even texted us a picture of the arrangement before she sent it off to delivery. She is super nice and has a great hand. So after a few «blind» orders of flowers to different clients I liked her service and arrangements and decided to give her the flower centerpieces to do for my husband’s 30th birthday party. I told her my budget, what I wanted and in which colors and I swear my centerpieces looked three time more than what I paid for. It was perfect and my guests were actually fighting on who should take the centerpiece home :)
Free delivery to Glendale just make sure you pay cash otherwise you will get charged tax if you pay by credit card. Sone is for sure my new go to florist and I definitely recommend her!

I give Elegant Flowers my highest recommendation. They arranged a lovely large white heart with purple accents for a friends funeral. Sona was very helpful and accomodating over the phone, she went above and beyond. All I did was tell her how much I wanted to spend and they took care of everything. I will use them again for sure.

I ordered a birthday arrangement to be sent to my best friend and what she got was completely different from what I had ordered online. I didn’t expect every flower to be exactly as shown, but this bouquet was SO different from what I had ordered! The shape was completely different and so was the color scheme. I called to complain and the woman told me she had done the best she could, said she didn’t know what to do to help me and asked ME what I wanted her to do about it. Her options were to go get the arrangement from my friend and refund me, or send her a balloon! And she also said she could not make an arrangement closer to what was being displayed online… Well, if you don’t know how to handle problems with your business/​customers, I’m certainly not gonna be the one to tell you. Definitely not ordering again.

I ordered a Thomas Kinkade Christmas arrangement through Telefora for my Grandmother. Elegant Flowers was contracted to fulfill the order. They delivered in a timely manner but it was a completely different arrangement that cost half of what I had ordered. When I contacted them they said that the driver switched arrangements and that this happens all the time. Really? Makes you wonder.
