Nastiest service I’ve ever seen! The health department should inspect this place and see what nasty things they’re doing and give them the grade they deserve. Too bad I can’t give this place ZERO stars!!!

This place is okay. Paid around 10 bucks for some chicken tenders and they where oversized and the inside was hard which I didnt enjoy too much. They also took kind of long to get my order(10 mins almost) which was hard to be understanding about being that it was late and there was two workers! But the girl was nice.

This is seriously the GROSSEST Carls Jr. I have ever seen in my life. Filth — and I mean FILTH everywhere. From the outside to the inside. Like caked up filth on the floor. I wanted to gag. I was starving and in a hurry so I ordered. The lady was courteous. The food came out quick. The bun was stale. Spongy. It was the first tasteless Carl’s Jr. Burger I’ve ever had. I’m eating it right now. If you don’t read anymore reviews from me it is because I got food poisoning and died. If that turns out to be the case(I’m honestly scared) definitely avoid this Carl’s Jr. At all costs. FILTHYGROSS.

The staff here at this point in time is very dead. No smile or anything. If you look up the ceiling is falling apart. Along with the dining room being dirty at 10:30am and it being slow. I can only imagine how the back looks like. Will not come back. Oh yeah and they don’t have a drive thru.

I only wanted a shake. No drive through and the inside is hot and smelly. Seriously, the longer I stand here the less I want the shake. Walking out, I see the people who ordered food behind me eating. Is a shake THAT hard?

so i came in to this location on 1÷24÷2015 @9:52 pm to be exact, && i asked the cashier if i can get two forks because my manager had forgot to pick some. & the cashier said: okay that will be $ 0.25 each fork. && i said: ummm okay? let me run to the car and get my wallet. when i went back in she had the forks in a paper bag ready for me to take home. & i asked her for a receipt(because i knew what she was doing was wrong.) so she started punching in all these charges on her register and she said: its going to be $ 0.39 after all not $ 0.25. so i gave her 2 quarters and i told her i wanted a receipt. she gave me a receipt showing $ 0.39 for a side of american cheese. so i told her: i want a receipt showing i paid for 2 forks, not a side order of american cheese because my manager wants his receipt. && sure enough she got all nervous, grabbed the forks and started opening up the register again and said«you know what? i dont want any trouble, im doing you a favor and you’re going to get me in trouble» so i said: how are you doing me favor if im paying you for 2 forks!!! && she got all defensive gave me back my money and told me she couldn’t help me. i think what she did was unethical, unprofessional, and she made herself look like a cheap crook! if the company policy is to charge for extra sauce or essentials that’s fine i’ll pay ! but when i put you on the spot, dont back up like im the bad person here. how unprofessional. ! look at my photos i have the receipt she gave me charging me something random… just so she can take my money for 2 forks!

This is the closest Carl’s to me. Decided to go and this guy at the register was BAKED he couldn’t stop giggling at everyone I was so annoyed by the time it was my turn to order. The older asian man behind him was doing all the work I felt so bad. I’ll never go back. No drive thru and he was seriously the worst cashier ever.

The service here is slow. It took 12 minutes from the time I ordered my food for it to he brought to my table. Not exactly fast food. The staff is friendly and the food is like any other Carl’s Jr. They just need to pick up the oace, it wasn’t at all crowded the day I came.

Was in a hurry to eat so I decided to come back hoping management would have changed. Ordered the original six dollar thickburger. The lettuce was cooked as if they had placed it on the grill. Thank you for eradicating the salmonella and hep A you placed on the green leaves, but this is the first time I have ever had a burger with cooked lettuce. These workers are incompetent. Who knows what else is happening to your food behind the counter. I will never come back here again even if LA ran out of food for the next decade and this was our last burger joint within a hundred miles.

I’m pretty sure this place gave me food poisoning one time, though I can’t be sure. This place is close by and I have gone here from time to time. I always hate myself afterwards. The burgers come off a conveyer belt and fall onto a tray where they just sit were so many other burgers and grease has sat that day. I never noticed it until the other day when I was going in to buy a salted caramel shake(too salty). The seating is ample. the prices are okay, not great. I only go here out of convenience. I am surprised that their reviews are so low. Usually I feel bad for lowering a business’ rating, but this time my 3-star review is actually improving it.

Do not go to this location!!! The workers here are extremely incompetent, the fresh made biscuits were burnt, the steak and egg burrito was flavorless and dry. I have ordered these meals before at other Carl’s but this location is only good if you would like to feed the needy and homeless surrounding the restaurant, that’s where my food ended up along with the three other people I was with, go anywhere but here!!!

I got the Philly Burger… the worst. I went back to ask the manager to look at it. Honestly I think overall Carl’s jr. Is asking for a lawsuit for false advertising. The burgers in their ads actually look good. In person they are usually not even half of what you see in the pictures. I wouldn’t even write a review for fast food. But this time I had to.

I visited Carls at this location last week and tried the newest version of Carls fish sandwich, a tasty grilled sandwich. It was very good quality, the fish itself was cooked correctly and was juicy, with fresh tomato and lettuce, and much better taste than their fried fish version. Much healthier as well, since it loses the fat content of the fry oil. However, one problem-there was way too much black pepper on the one that ate. Black pepper should only be used in very light amounts for cooking since its taste can overwhelm that of what it is applied to. Any GOOD chef or cook knows this. That was not this case in this sandwich since they may have been trying for a Cajun-style blackened fish sandwich. I hope this is a local anomaly and not the standard preparation for this new sandwich, since it is otherwise a great menu item for Carls. A good chef or cook will leave heavy amounts of black pepper to the discretion and choice of the consumer to apply AFTER it is served. End of rant. Next time that I order one I will specify that they lose the pepper before cooking, preparing or serving.

Food is pretty good; place is reasonably clean. Nothing special. You’ve seen one Carl’s; you’ve seen ‘em all.

ok, so i’m the biggest LOSER. The fish tacos are $ 2.39+ tax, NOT $ 1.49. duhhhhhhhhhh! For that, im deducting a star! Plus, a few days ago — i ordered 6 fish tacos and they were all mushy. I think I’m OVER fish tacos… for now! :)

Meh. This place is okay. I used to work at the school near by and when I didn’t pack a lunch I would go here. It takes forever. At it’s definitely a sketchy Carl’s Jr. Come here if you need to, but it might be good to go a couple miles more and go to another Carl’s. You’ll definitely get your food on time and feel clean.

Having now attempted to eat there three times finally decided to review it. No drive-through, every time I go in there they seem buried with work despite very few customers. The serving staff there have uniformly been unfriendly to me and speak either little English or no English(I go to other fast food restaurants manned by all Latinos and rave about how great they are, it’s not a race thing). Every time I went there they got my order wrong and my order looked like it had been tossed at paper and half-heartedly wrapped. I cannot remember a more unfriendly or un-satisfying fast food restaurant than this one(note: I have been to a couple Carl’s Jr’s in SoCal that were very good).
