When I decided to move to Israel, and needed a shipping company, I remembered all the horror stories I heard in the past from people who moved to Israel and dreaded the whole experience. I however used alpha marine which was recommended to me by a friend that used them and said that the experience was amazing. And so it was. Yariv and karen at Alphamarine were more than amazing, they were kind, professional and very explanatory about the procedure. They accompanied me from the packing and pickup all the way to the delivery to my new residence in Israel. service was extremely professional, there were no monetary surprises along the way and most importantly my things arrived in perfect condition. If you’re considering shipping abroad then try this company. I do have a small problem during the process but they’ve straightened everything up and kept me in the loop, i.e. when item was shipped and when it will hopefully arrive at its destination.

Alpha Marine; Karen & Jerry and their team have been awesome, easy to talk and deal with, very professional from the very first contact for estimates, thru-​out setting up a contract & payments, scheduling pick-​up of shipment, shipping and handling, including a not easy task, having our items actually delivered in Fiji. I was more than petrified when I decided I needed to ship ALL of my personal belongings to Europe. Very expensive collectables, rare photos, etc. I finally gave in and started my search for a shipping company. Alpha Marine were SPOT ON from the get go! From the first communications I felt like it was being handled… and it DID get handled! 3 months in «shipping Limbo», over oceans, land… I couldn’t believe that when I unpacked all my things… NOTHING had damage. Of course, ALWAYS PACK WELL… ultimately it’s on you to secure your belongings… to cheap out on boxes, etc. I recommend buying NEW boxes, etc. Some of my boxes took a hit and sagged a little, but because of my packing, everything was ok. Shipping will only work with properly planned and executed packing. BUT, Alpha Marine were AMAZING! Pick up was professional and quick with great staff. Process was a breeze (I did door to door service) and the cost was VERY fair. Couldn’t be happier! I would recommend Alpha Marine to ANYONE! THANK YOU! From San Francisco to Europe… you were GREAT!
