7-Eleven

THE WORST ⁷⁄₁₁ I have ever been at ! I came to get some coffee and water, when I got to coffee machines I put some coffee of each sort in my cup to try and all of them were either cold or empty. So I asked a lady working there, her name was Tej KC to help me. She seemed very aggressive and would talk extremely rude explaining me what I do wrong here. But I didn’t pay my attention to her. After she refilled the empty coffee machines I finally got my coffee and went to fridge where they usually keep milk I asked this lady if I can use it. And this is what she did: she ran to the fridge like crazy saying :“Omg some customers just like OMG omg .” Can you imagine guys? I’ve never ever had such bad customer service in US ! WORST ⁷⁄₁₁ EVER !!! Ewwww

1.39 is over priced for a double gulp. I realize that I’d the price the corporate overlords recommend but to go from 99 cents a 52oz refill and then jump to 1.39 for 64oz is just messed up. 7 – 11 needs to understand I am a REPEAT customer and usually a refill customer gets something else when they are there. I say if you wanna get greedy and be an ass to a loyal customer the i will review in return that way. I’m sorry you hate for customers to be loyal 7 – 11.

Best 7 – 11 the staff is super friendly! They have everything in stock all the time, sometimes I’m short on change and they let it pass by. Most 7−11s don’t do that even if you’re a penny short!

This is the worst 7 Eleven I’ve ever encountered. No alcohol, overpriced, and their debit card machines never work. Terrible.

Only downside to this particular store is that it’s dry meaning no alcohol. Apart from that 7 – 11 is 7 – 11.

This 7 – 11 is alright. It’s in a little strip mall. It’s the closet one to my house.
The ice is far from the iced coffee. The iced coffee lids are not in a container or anything, they are just left at the counter.
The store is kept clean. I enjoy the coffee varieties but on the weekends in the afternoon they do not brew the energy fusion coffee.
There is a white van in the parking that never leaves. It;s kind of sketchy.

For a convenience store, the man on shift was friendly, the store was clean and they offer a variety of coffees and the usual wide range of convenience store /​gas station treats and drinks.
A plus for for the friendliness I encountered here. At most convenience stores, I usually encounter people behind the counter who seems they wish they were someplace else.

You dont sell booze, this makes me so sad.
