Derick and crew cleaned the entire exterior of my house (It was badly in need of it). Lots of mold on the north side of my house. They were on time, very professional and not to mention very reasonable! Highly recommended!

Never thought I’d have to hire power washers, but teenage boys apparently think it’ll get my daughter’s attention to egg my home. tsk tsk. They got the p’s attention; security cameras installed.
Called around to see who could get the egg off the stucco & I was given Derrick’s name. Called him up and he was friendly and able to come out the next day. Awesome.
He was running a few minutes behind because of traffic and called to let me know (I just figured he’d show within the time window; great communication).
Derrick & crew worked out in the heat for over an hour, scrubbing and power washing and they got it off.

Derick and his crew have been hot pressure washing the busy sidewalks around the business where I work and they have always done an amazing job. They are always done on time (every two weeks before we open) and have always been really nice. Very reasonably priced and fair! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a job done right!!!

I have a oil-​stained asphalt driveway. Derek, the owner, answered my call on a Saturday night and patiently gave me the BEST advice that I could possibly get. I greatly appreciate his help!!!

First let me say, we called with a last minute semi-​urgent problem late on a Friday afternoon. We discovered an oil stain on our brand new unsealed driveway. When we called, Derick was on his way home and turned around to come help us. He did a fantastic job, and he didn’t rush. I felt like he took care of us as if it were his own driveway he was trying to save. The price was less than I expected and he left us with extra cleaner for future use. My husband our friend and I were all very impressed. We highly recommend So Cal Power Washing.

The city had just put fresh asphalt on our street when one of our neighbors drove on it and to avoid the barricade in the street, drove his truck up on our lawn and on the side walk in front of our house. Thankfully, Derrick and his crew were able to come out the same day. Now our sidewalk looks sparkling clean! They were so professional and thorough and did an awesome job! They arrived promptly and honored the estimate they gave me over the phone. I am so pleased with the results I’m looking around my house to see what else I can have them pressure wash. :)

They did a great job with the power wash. Took about an hour from start to finish and was very thorough. He cleaned the patio. but also cleaned some my building since it was dirty AND the walkway that leads to my private patio.

I called Derek for an estimate on power washing my parking pad. He was out within 45 minutes. A fire had melted 4 garbage cans into the pores of the cement and he was able to take off the darker plastic stains with the hot washer. He is always polite, gives good prices, and knows his business. He’ll be my first call next time.

Our flagstone looks beautiful and the concrete is so clean that our patio looks brighter. And as a bonus, Derek was a nice guy and easy to work with. Affordable and professional.

So Cal Power Washing just finished our entire HOA complex in Reseda, CA. Derick the owner was extremely professional and informative. He came to do a walk through prior to doing the job to ensure were both on the same page with what needed to be done. He called during the job to inform me of the progress and even called me afterwards to make sure we were happy with his work. I called So Cal Power Washing to pressure wash my garage in my condo in Woodland Hills. The garage was pretty dirty, as it had only been cleaned once in the 3 years that I lived there. I was in the process of renting it to a new tenant, when I thought it would be nice if they moved into the place with a clean garage. When I called Derick (the owner) answered immediately, and was able to come within the hour. He was in between jobs, and coming from North Hollywood (I think), so I got lucky with timing. When Derick showed up, he was very professional, and came with a truck mounted industrial strength pressure washer that did not require a water hook-​up. That was perfect, since my condo did not have one in the garage! I highly recommend Derick, and So Cal Pressure Washing for your commercial and residential pressure washing needs. Although my job was small, and took less than 30 minutes, Derick works on large commercial projects as well, and he has a long list of very happy clientele.
