Jack In The Box

I barely got off from work & I was really hungry, so I went to jack in the box. I got a bacon & Swiss buttery jack. It was horrible. My bread was burnt & the burger was horrible. They don’t even know how to put lettuce or tomato on a burger. I can sue them for false advertisement. Whoever made this burger needs to be put in check. This better not happen again, or I’ll go to corporate.

Ehh its okay, when kids from Monroe comes out its gets really crowded and annoying. But other than that its all good.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. This place is horrible I do not recommend coming here. I came to get a breakfast sandwich and I asked for no bacon. Once I pulled to up to the drive thru window I checked my sandwich and it had bacon so I asked the lady politely if she could change it but she ended up rolling her eyes. A few minutes later she came back with the sandwich no bacon and she put raw cheese on it. Worst experience ever ! The manager was really polite and fixed the issue but the drive thru lady who’s name is FABIOLA was very rude and has terrible service!

For a fast food restaurant, waiting 25 minutes for 1 hamburger is a NO-​NO! This place is the slowest place ever! i will never come here again,

Went there at 10:15 tonight and ordered… didn’t receive food until 10:33 pm. They also forgot my mini cookies, which I ordered, but they were so far behind they asked for the money and left me without a receipt as well.

Like someone else said I too love the night time staff. There are two managers that are the bomb usually work night time shifts. They are nice, professional and will even go along with whatever crazy shenanigans you have going on at 1 am. During the day is frustrating I come here for breakfasts when I’m late for work and they still mess up my order. (Decaf coffee 5 creamers 2 BLUE SUGARS) they give me regular or 2 creams and 5 sugars it’s insane but hey it’s fast food. I don’t eat inside too often but when I do it’s pretty decent since they remodeled.

Only reason I’m giving a 4 is because the black dude that works drive thru at nights. I don’t know his name, sorry to reduce it down to saying some black guy but no homo he’s really chill when you come with your drunk friends, after work or high as shit he has you! Always on point never screwing up. Like most of the day staff is dumpster. It’s the only thing open near by at night. This kids in college and probably gonna peace on this place. Watch him be some come up boss haha.

Good customer service from store manager which handled situation and refunded my money.

I’m not a fan at all. First I must say this location is right off the freeway and unfortunately there’s a lot of homeless people in the area and there
sorry to see this on Christmas.
As I entered they where playing rap music on Christmas and it was load. The interior was also very cold inside. No greeting from the employees, they where all just going threw their own emotions. So after I purchased my order and paid I said to the Gail Merry Christmas and she smiled. Nothing more or less.
So I say to the corporate office or Franchise retrain your employees get back to basics. A pleasant greeting and a Thank You.
Set the atmosphere in your dining area to be at least a little comfortable for your guests to eat their meal.
Meh, A basic burger. room temperature and the fries mixed with too types of potatoes, curly fries, regular fries and they where cold. Not a good visit.

I only get the breakfast Jack with no meat. I come to Jack in the Box like once a week. The lady Sheila who works in the morning is really mean. I think I might start taking my business to McDonalds. Jack in the Box has really nasty fries. But the breakfast jacks are good and I love the orange juice. Maybe by the mornings and avoid Sheila. I won’t have to deal with her attitude. I go to the jack n the box next to CSUN

I always come at night for the munchie meals. Night staff is great. Had a couple custom orders and they executed them flawlessly.

Five stars for sure! The customer service here is of excellent quality. The staff is all very nice and they aren’t stingy when it comes to the sauce like a lot of places are. If you want ten sweet and sours, you got it. Very cheap and great for late night snacks!

The mango mayhem is very refreshing for the summer time and the price is not bad at all. Next time I go back I wanna try the strawberry.

I haven’t eaten a thing all day due to feeling ill, and I wasn’t in the mood to cook. So I told myself, «why not jack?»
BIG MISTAKE.
I ordered the teriyaki bowl combo with some nuggets. I was in and I was out, but when I got home dear lord! My nuggets still had pink and as I took a bite out of my chicken I spit it out because it was cold. When I actually looked at my meal, a lot of pieces were still raw, while others looked like they were browning into a mold. It was the most disgusting thing I’d ever come across.
You can’t expect high quality food when it comes to junk, but the least these employees could do is make sure my meal is cooked all the way!
The one time I decide to eat fast food and it backfires on me. I stay quitting junk homie!

The guy taking the order must be deaf we told him 3 and he said 8 you had to constantly repeat your self every order we made was something else it was annoying jack in the box is cheap but that don’t mean for the workers to be dumb I would say I hate this place and it’s customer service you can find a cheap place to eat and get better service than this go find a different jack in the box this one will pretty much piss you off the gay guy that use to work here at the drive thru gave better customer service fast and professional.

Well, this one f – ked up on my order twice.
Maybe it was the speaker,
maybe it was the cashiers broken english
maybe it was Obama…
I don’t know.
All I know is that I hate it whe a fast food place f – ks up my meal.

i realized this when i got home. $ 2 wasn’t worth the drive back. even if i was disappointed. everything else was yummy, though.

For some reason drive-​thru takes forever which kind of defeats the purpose…
Once they even gave me my drink with the top loose and it spilled in my car… that was not a good day.
If this wasn’t the closest one to my house I would probably never come back

Man this jack in the box sucks. The food is the same at every jack, but the service just lags. I came to the drive thru, & the car in front of me just pulled up after placing their order. About 3 mins later someone finally asked me what I’d like to order. I placed my order & about 3 – 5 mins later while I was at the window I finally got my food. Everything was fine but I just don’t see why a fast food Resturant with no one ordering inside at 6 pm takes almost 10 mins for a drive thru order when there was maybe 3 other cars there tops.
I ended up back over there 10 mins later after I picked my cousin up because he had a hankering for a jumbo jack. Instead of waiting in the slow drive thru this time I just had him go inside. For whatever reason it took a good 7 mins to get two jumbo jacks.
When I was in the drive thru earlier there were 3 people I saw working, & I’m guessing there had to be at least 1 or 2 more so I don’t get why it takes so long to wrap up pre-​made food when the place isn’t that busy.

Wow, it took forever for me to order, took forever for me to get my kona coffee (the only thing I ordered), and well, they screwed that up too cus I had a cold (really bad) and they were making me an iced coffee.
it was not busy when i went but wow, were they retarded. the ones in HB (where I live, 3 of them) are all pretty good (even though I generally dislike fast food!) but this one did its best to earn the worst reputation.
I don’t know if I agree with the previous reviewer about this one being the worst… I went to one between Downey and Montebello once that had plexiglass separating cashiers and customers (food went through a safety box!) but this one tied if not beat that one.
I wouldn’t go back there to pee (my main reason for going… next time i’ll just go on their smelly outside wall… doubt anyone will notice during or afterward).
BTW, for ‘attire’ i’m saying ‘formal — jacket required’ because only a health inspector has an excuse to be in there.
One last thing… Kona Coffee ROCKS… but the stuff they sell… wow…it was ‘freshly brewed’ for me too… i think i’ll just keep myself at a loss of words for now.
