Fratelli’s Pizza

This place has very good pizza and a friendly staff. Whenever we order pizza at work we order from here. You really can’t go wrong. The calzones are good, especially if you love ricotta cheese, because they use a bunch of it. The pizza is a good medium thickness crust and I suggest trying the chicken pesto sometime if you have not. The chicken wings, salads… Everything we’ve ordered from here over the years has been great. SOMETIMES they get a bit busy and the delivery takes 45+ mins, but it’s well worth the wait, and you could always place an order well before you’re so hungry you’re about to wither away. Just a thought for the folks bitching about delivery times on here.

This 3 star is really a stretch, it should be two and I would definitely have given it to them if not for the ONE server they had working. The poor girl was running the entire front of the restaurant on her own, I don’t know if it was the owner or the manager sitting at the bar but aside from looming around and handing out a few menus she might as well have been just another customer. The food was okay, I got a cheese pizza and my girlfriend got the spinach Ravioli. My pizza wasn’t bad at all I actually liked it and the portion was huge. My girlfriends Ravioli on he other hand looked lousy and I was too shy to say anything to her but she finally told me that the sauce was flavorless and it seemed like just mozzarella cheese melter (rather than Alfredo sauce). I really feel disappointed because this place is right around the corner from my house and I’ve driven right past it for years. But after being in and seeing how loud, crowded, mediocre and lacking in servers it is, I think I’ll just keep on driving right by it for years to come.

Ok. Honest, if you want the bottom of the barrel of «Italian» food, this is your place. The pizza was ok. Everything else was horrid. Spaghetti was over cooked and acid. It makes me sad the people take the time to open a restaurant and call it a type of food n do it so poorly. The valley blows for food. I wish someone would figure it out. This place has not. I spent $ 60 on a meal for two when I just should have ordered a pizza! Sucks! If this I super grandmothers recipe. Punch her in the face! Integrity in Italian food is so hard to find. I feel this place opens a lot of cans…

By far the best restaurant in North Hills, menu has so many different variety and the pizza is the best I’ve ever had. They are great for dinner and even deliver, staff is wonderful and overall a real nice place with tasty food

I’ve been there twice and both times I ordered Pasta Primavera with Chicken. It makes my mouth watery thinking about it. Nerdy Italian dish I ve ever try. I love Italian. The place is cosy too

Best hands down. Most times they’re late which kinda ruins it. But it’s. I don’t like generic so If ur looking for the best. Here it is. However waiting longer than an hour and half for any food is too long

Way to long waited hour and half for delivery good food but not worth the wait .very disappointed it been getting slower and slower maybe they’ll get better.

Came in because of the good reviews, that was a huge mistake. The dining room was empty, there were only four other customers inside when we came in. It took ten full minutes to get drinks which should have been the first red flag-​besides the empty dining room, but I LOVE Italian food and this place is very nearby so I wanted to see if the food was worth the ridiculous 40 minute wait. It wasn’t. We ordered lasagna which was lukewarm on cold plates, mushy and tasteless pasta drenched in soupy sauce with too much mozzarella and no ricotta cheese. It was inedible and we sent it back, which was sad because we sent back our spinach artichoke dip as well. It was cold and literally cheese soup with chopped flecks of spinach inside. I have never EVER seen a spinach dip with less than 20% spinach. Ultimately we were charged $ 27.00 and only ate a shared garden salad, complimentary garlic bread which wasn’t good, and I had one glass of wine. Never again. The only good part of this place was the one server working. He was very nice. He seemed completely unsurprised by how bad the food was and said «this happens all the time.» Try harder Fratelli’s! Italian basics like lasagna should be so easy. I’m disappointed and in line at in-​n-​out.

Had the pesto pizza… best pizza I’ve ever had in my life. Outside appearance made me hesitate a bit, but once inside its a whole different story. The inside of the restaurant is very welcoming, and family friendly. Best Italian food around town. A definite thumbs up

I wish I could give zero stars! We arrived at this place at 11:35am and only 1 other table was there. There were 3 of us. My daughter ordered the lunch special (personal pizza and salad) and my husband and I ordered a pizza to share. Once my daughters salad finally showed up it was a few pieces of old romaine, some chick peas and a bunch of shredded carrots and she was handed a bottle of balsamic vinegar. 45 minutes later out pizza was STILL not served to us. Considering we were on our lunch break we couldn’t wait any longer so we left. The servers response was «yeah we were backed up on deliveries» not even an apology or I’ll take care of the drinks. NOTHING! Also don’t let the linen table clothes fool you there is nothing upscale about this place when he brought silver wear and napkins they were dropped on the table. What a waste! Now had to rush back to work with no lunch. Thanks

Delicious! I got 2 family meals for great price and they delivered it!!! It was still super hot when we got it! Definitely recommend it! And friendly service!

I liked Fratelli’s …until now.
Ordered a pizza by phone. They told me 20 minutes. No problem. Gave it 20 minutes and showed up. Pizza wasn’t ready, so we had to wait another 15 – 20 minutes for our pizza. First strike.
Then, while we were at the bar waiting for our pizza, my boyfriend & I both noticed the young guy in the back using the same, filthy, rag/​towel to blot off the grease on at least 5 pizzas! This rag was also sitting on a counter that was likely dirty from the day’s work. Disgusting! That has to be some sort of health code violation! Strike two.
When we got home, the pizza had been blotted so hard by that filthy, greasy rag used to blot the grease off of everyone else’s pizza, the plastic tripods in the middle of the pizza was broken, with pieces of the plastic broken off into the pizza (Note, I ate this pizza anyway and discovered the missing plastic piece).
Major bummer. I won’t be back. I openly welcome/​hope a manager or owner contacts me for a refund. I’m so fucking grossed out with the food handling practices there!

Food here is delicious. The service is fast and food is fresh. They give you garlic bread while you wait and their side salads are humongous.

Great Pizza, great pasta, great chicken salad, great moose pie!

I’ve only ever had the Fratelli’s Special Pizza, Antipasta Salad, and Garlic. The food is very good, tastes fresh, and very convenient if you live close by.
The customer service is hit and miss but never horrible. In addition, parking can be impossible if the bar next door is busy.

The food here was really really good. The pizza especially was delicious. The whole crowd raved about it.
We had a group of twelve people walk in and they were, obviously, not prepared for dealing with a group that size. There was only one waiter. Yet, he worked hard to be as attentive as possible. I was really impressed.
The dining room didn’t have too many people in it on a Sunday afternoon. It was a bit surprising considering how good the food was. However, we will definitely go back and tell our friends.

Called to order pizza one night, wait time was about 40 minutes. So I decided to pick up instead.
Upon showing up to the restaurant, I was greeted with a hearty hello, and as I proceeded to pay, my food was ready and in my arms. Got home, and grubbed out with the love. We ordered the BBQ Chicken Pizza, and Fries. The fries they have here? They’re pretty damn bomb. Crispy on the outside, and nice and soft on the inside. I’m not sure if Mcdonalds fries are better, or these!
My overall experience was fantastic, and I would be definitely ordering more in the future!
