History

Established in 1992.

Started in 1992, Custom Development has a long history of providing quality home improvement services to Northern California home owners. The business was started by Trevor Gilli and his father, Dino Gilli. A skilled craftsman, Trevor focused on installing energy efficient windows while Dino sold and marketed the company’s product line.

The company gradually expanded their product line to include vinyl siding, all-​weather coating and outdoor patio covers to accommodate the changing needs of the market. But one thing has never changed — a commitment to providing quality work, quality product and excellent customer service.
