Established in 2012.

Attorney Solimene is a sole practitioner in North Haven. His practice primarily focuses on civil litigation including: personal injury, divorce and Landlord-​Tenant matters.

After years of working in «big law» Attorney Solimene wanted to work in a practice where the focus was the client. Based upon that tenant the firm was founded. The focus was then, is now, and will always be the client. We seek to form strong, lasting relationships with our clients by exceeding your expectations and providing the level of insight, analysis and personal attention necessary to help you achieve your goals.

Business Owner

Prior to founding the Law Offices of Joseph M. Solimene, LLC, attorney Solimene worked in the Stamford office of one of the largest litigation firms in the United States. His prior practice experience includes transportation law, (including catastrophic personal injury, property damage and regulatory compliance,) premise liability, medical malpractice and construction defects claims. In addition to Connecticut and New York, he has litigated matters in multiple state and federal courts throughout the Unites States.

He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association and the New Haven County Bar Association, of which he is co-​chair of the Public Service Committee and a member of the Executive Committee.

He was named a Connecticut Rising Star by Superlawyers in: 2010 – 2011, 2013 – 2014.
