sooooo, i just bought a car from here, love the car. but had a few issues with it. called service to bring it in because its a week old (to me) under warranty. concerns were SQUEALING SQUEAKING brakes (very loud) and a vibration around 40 mph. the woman bridgette was soooooo not helpful and in a way rude (i tried to help them find the noises and she kept making it sound like i had no clue what i was saying and her «jeep» mechanics are the best) clearly they are not. she called me once in the time they had my car (which was for 9 days) and all she said was no one can fine the problem with vibration. so the car is fine. and its NORMAL for brakes to squeak and squeal… uhh. i work for an auto repair garage myself and we would never let someone drive off sounding the way my car sounds. its embarrassing as can be!!! and she never answered he phone in the 25 times i called to check on why my car was still there or called me back on the 6 messages i left. (she said she never got them)
I will never in a million years recommend this place for service mainly because of bridgette.
I’ve never been so angry in my life with a car service experience.

I have had negative experience after negative experience here.
To start off with, I bought my car in October 2012. I did a LOT of research and test drove a number of different vehicles at dealerships all around the I-​91 corridor. I was looking for something similar to my Toyota Echo — compact, good mileage, basic features. I finally settled on the Nissan Versa hatchback and got an online quote from Executive. I made an appointment and stopped by. When I got there, no one was expecting me and I had to wait to see someone. I drove the car and then was quoted a price about $ 2k higher than the price I had been given online. The reason was because the car I was quoted online was NOT ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. I told her nevermind and got up to leave but she «went to speak with her manager» and came back with a price that was lower than the price I was quoted online — but only if I signed on the dotted line that day. I needed the car and did honestly like it, so I put down a deposit.
I came in a few days later to sign everything else and pick up the car. I read everything before I signed it and asked a number of questions (but, apparently, not the RIGHT questions). I drove off.
I quickly realized that there was only one keyhole in my car — on the driver’s side. Both the passenger side and the trunk did not have a keyhole. I called and was told that meant I had keyless entry… except I hadn’t been given a key fob. In pressing the matter, I was told I would have to pay a diagnostic fee to see *if* my car already had keyless entry installed and an additional fee to install it plus another cost for the fob. I had to escalate to corporate to get this addressed. When I brought the car in for the diagnostic (which was now miraculously FREE) I was given a loaner car for the day, since they weren’t sure how long they would need my car.
I also escalated concerns about the mileage. I had been quoted a range for the mpg and found that I was getting an average of 10 mpg less than even the lowest range. I went into the dealership and was told that it was because of where I was driving, how I was driving, and the type of gas I used. When I explained that my 12 year old Toyota Echo was getting better mileage with the same route and same gas, they had no explanation for me. They spoke to me as if I was a child, not an educated adult who had been driving for more than half of my life.
Then comes my first «free» oil change. I was given «free» oil changes for life with this car… until I found out that you HAD to bring it in every quarter and there was always routine maintenance that had to be done, to the tune of $ 40-​$ 200 PER VISIT. I stopped going and went back to my regular mechanic, where I get an average of 2 oil changes per year (I do not drive very far so it takes a long time to hit the mileage) and am only charged for work that absolutely needs to be done.
Now I’ve had to bring my car back again — at 44,000 miles my mechanic discovered a transmission fluid leak. Luckily, it’s covered under warranty up to 60,000 miles. I called to schedule an appointment, asking how long it would take since I would need to arrange a ride to work or get a rental. They said a day or two at the most. I dropped it off on Monday night after hours and had to call them on Tuesday afternoon to see if it had been looked at yet (it hadn’t). On Tuesday afternoon when I finally heard back, they said they’d need it til at least Wednesday, if not Thursday. I reiterated the need for a rental or to set up rides since I commute from Wallingford to Hartford every day. I did not hear back on Wednesday and had to again call THEM on Thursday afternoon (the day my rental was due back), only to find out they needed it for one more day. This «maybe one-​day job» has turned into a four day job and cost me $ 120 for my rental. I asked for them to pay for my rental and they said only the extended warranty covers that… No one EVER told me that they wouldn’t give me a loaner or cover a rental for WARRANTY REPAIRS. The repairs are free, Nissan’s mistake, but I’m SOL for wanting to be able to get to work in the morning.
I will never, ever buy another Nissan and will never purchase another car from Executive. The misdirection, lack of full disclosure, and attitudes are unprofessional and embarrassing. There was no apology for not keeping me updated with the status of my car or for the inconvenience of having to pay for a rental out of pocket for repairs that were not my fault in any way, shape, or form.

Let me start by saying I had the worst experience at this place. First of all I had a trade in which I still owe money on. So basically I wanted to trade that car in for a new one. I fisrt contacted them thru the internet and explain to them my situation. The next day they called me and said the can try to do something for me. When I went to the dealer they try to get me a deal in which I didnt have to end up paying so much money every month. Well they couldn’t do anything. I was fine with that. Went to another dealer where they helped me to bring down the monthly payment and all that, as I was waiting for this dealer to let me know the final monthly payment. Which was way better than the executive jeep of North haven offer. Gary (internet sales manageer) contacted me again, I told him I had a good deal somewhere else and he said he can give me a better deal and gave me a set price monthly payment and downpayment. I was happy with that and said go head. Lets do it. When I arrived to the dealer they made me sign the purchase order and told me to come back the next day to finish up everything. Well next day they called me and told me they were wrong about those number and told me my monthly payments needed it to be 150 dollars more than what they told me before. They lied to me and made waste my time and gas driving to the dealer knowing I was not going to get a good deal. But its my own fault for trusting dealers knowing that what they do is scam people left and right. And I know its not their fault I can not afford 550 monthly but they should of tell me it was impossible and not waste my time. I work in a place where lots of people go and talk to me about everything and im damn sure I would never recommend this place and would talk about my bad experience.

Keep away from this dealer. They made promises they could not keep. I bought the car on their terms with no haggling and still have not received the touch up paint they promised me. There were larger promises made as well but I find it especially infuriating that they couldn’t even get me the touch up paint I was promised. This place is bad news. I also have a few crazy harassing emails from their employees. Very very sleazy.

I love the service department here! It is not only sparkling clean, but the guys that work in it are even better! Ask for Anthony when you get your services done. He has taken care of me for over a year now and has always made my experience flawless and easy. He even had my car washed and cleaned when the car-​wash was broken… he’s the best! I’m leasing my second truck from Executive Nissan. Rewind 3.2 years — My first experience was anything but good. I forgot the sales guy’s name, but it was a horrible experience. I’ll spare the details, with the exception that I was trading in a vehicle I owned, my credit was very good, and I had my back against the wall time-​wise (needed to trade up so I could fit a car seat).
During the course of my lease I lost my job and my credit was affected very badly. I wasn’t sure what I was going to when my lease was up and frankly I didn’t care. I was bitter (and embarrassed) about my credit and was just going to return the vehicle and hope for the luck of the draw on Craigslist.
Danny started calling me three months before the end of my lease. I assumed that he was a schmuck car salesman and never returned his calls. It wasn’t until I needed to return my lease that I actually answered his call. I did not have high expectations.
I could not have been more wrong. Danny was awesome! He jumped through hoops for me. He genuinely cared about making sure I got a deal that was right for me. Again — a deal that was right for ME. From a guy who dreads auto purchases, this was HANDS DOWN the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had. I fully recommend Danny Colemanares for your automotive needs.

I’ve been a customer here for years. I have always been treated with courtesy. Very friendly sales staff. I will return in 38 months for my next Nissan or maybe a Jeep???
