Fantastic.
Hit a rock with our pontoon boat, resulting in a bent prop including jagged and missing metal. Spoke to Jim Colcord on the phone, he told me where to drop the prop off if he was out, so I did. 3 days later he had rewelded new aluminum where it was missing, restored the shape, smoothed and straightened it all, and repainted it. The prop looks new, like it never happened.
This all took place in August, during peak boating season. We didn’t lose a weekend. This cost us A WHOPPING $ 40.
I honestly can’t think of any way in which this could have been improved, for price, performance, service or value.
