Stan & Paul’s was recommended to me by a co-​worker after I expressed how frustrated I was with previous repairs from another location. I couldn’t have been more pleased. When I called to describe what my problem was (fridge), the woman on the phone knew exactly what I was talking about and exactly how to fix it. The repair technician who came to repair the fridge was on time and extremely friendly. Most importantly, he was very knowledgeable and took his time to try to figure out what the problem was. I would definitely recommend Stan and Paul’s to anyone.

Great experience with Stan & Paul’s. I knew the model of dishwasher I wanted, saw it on their website and corresponded with a salesman via email to work out details. Their website is very nice. Had to go into store to finish details and their showroom needs to be updated. Had I been trying to purchase a dishwasher by visiting brick and mortar stores, I might have been offput by the run down sales floor.
Install price was much better than the big box stores and the process was handled by the same person instead of different delivery/​install people.
Overall, good experience.
