Walked into this place every year for five years to buy a new iPhone on launch day. Today they told me I had to pay an extra $ 25 a month and give them my old phone or go home and order online. Are you wondering why no one showed up for launch? This is why. This is a scam. Is this how things work under DirecTV? If this doesn’t change you will lose a loyal customer for 10 years.

I love it. We all love being held by the cajones by a big corporation, no? None the less, At&t puts the necessary squeeze on us gently but firmly. Their customer service has always been excellent at this store. I went in today to find out about getting an early upgrade(they said no… what a shocker). When I showed up, so didn’t half of Dartmouth. Not to be deterred, they walked around with a tablet taking names to sign people up in a virtual«line». When your name comes upon the tv screen, basically it’s your turn. Well it was quickly our turn, and we were quickly on our way soon after. This establishment loses a couple stars because It’s always busy in that store. They never have enough people working and it seems that it takes forever to get in an out sometimes. Also, AT&T isn’t necessarily the best deal in the world. I know there’s better plans out there. Parking is also a problem there, it’s a private lot, but the diagonal parking lines are difficult to see out of when you are backing up.
