The Exchange at North Creek is a local artist consignment shop. We feature items such as but not limited to: wooden bowls and spoons, wear ables, pottery, candles, stone bowls and mushrooms, furniture as well as visual art: photography and paintings. Come sit by our babbling brook and listen the the rain. Yes it rains and we have a brook running through our store. The four gold fish will excite the young visitors as the playfully swim for food! Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere while you utilize our free Wifi and Verizon booster. If you either come by car or the Saratoga North Creek train the trip will well worth it. Can’t wait to see you!

The Exchange, «A Purely Adirondack Emporium,» is a recent addition to North Creek, having opened only a few months ago. Their focus is on items produced locally or in the Adirondacks. Upstairs you can find paintings for sale by regional artists. Downstairs you can find a wide variety of items, anywhere from bowls made out of polished rocks to local music, housewares and specialty foods. I found some interesting candles produced by Adirondack Chandler of South Glens Falls in scents I’ve not frequently seen, such as maple, and also some specialty vinegars and chutneys (e.g., Elderberry Vinegar). The owner is extremely personable. We had a great time chatting with her as well as going home with a few items from her shop.
