I adore Jitters! They are the only place I know of that sells Cuban Coffee and it’s delicious! I love their breakfast sandwiches & my kids are big fans of their smoothies and milkshakes. The wraps are good as well. It’s a convenient location and a fun place to meet a friend. It’s also good if you need something to-go. A couple of the workers are friendly and go out of their way for customers. If they were all like these 2 I would have given Jitters 5 stars!

A nice coffee and sandwich place that deals with high competition from the two big boys in the neighborhood. How can Jitters compete? Easy, a quirky vibe, nice outdoor seating and fresher food. Been here(and the other places) several times and the coffee is good but the food is better. Jitters also separated itself by selling a multitude of coffees, teas and flavored syrups for your home brewing needs. They also have a nice selection of «k» cups. I you haven’t stopped in before, try it… and get a sandwich, you won’t be disappointed.

Salads are fresh, large and full of good stuff! The kind of salad you care sure you can’t finish because it’s so big but them you do because it’s so good! Service is fast. Perfect lunch spot in North Chili.

Jitters is the only café in the area and I would refer to it as a Starbucks mixed with a diner. The service is fair, a lot of young ladies who work there and they aren’t super friendly or unfriendly but it’s not a major deterrent for my business. The food is good, I am a vegetarian so I enjoy the veggie wrap. There is a lot of selection in salads and sandwiches for anyone to find something they like. My favorite thing about Jitters is their drink selections! They have smoothies and shakes and iced coffees and so many different flavors! I love love love the iced chai tea latte! Would buy it every day if I could!

Years ago when my parents first moved back to the Rochester area, I found this little café a breath of fresh air. I wasn’t familiar with other offerings and this little spot was a close middle ground to meet a cousin when I visited for holidays and such. I thought of Rochester suburban area as boring. I mean, it is, but I was so happy to see an actual coffee shop I guess I graded on a curve and Jitters was the best thing I’d found along one of the few roads I was familiar with. Perhaps my expectations have gone up as I have discovered higher quality cafes nearby, or perhaps Jitter’s has been slipping. One thing that hasn’t changed is their pricing is ridiculous. Yeah, $ 7 for a sandwich isn’t actually *that* bad, but do you know where you are??? Middle. Of. Nowhere. For this area, this quality of place should be offering an actual meal for $ 7, and a small bag of chips does not a meal make. They’ve got a half & half option for the same price, but it’s gotta be one of their boring basic sandwiches(we can heat it up for you if you want). I’ve tried a few different hot sandwiches after getting turned off by multiple attempts at the cold(either bland or too dry or kinda gross). The Bayou Bomber is the closest thing to worth the visit. The meat is sparse when paired with the thick ciabatta. The barely spicy sauce does what it can to combat the dry bread, but I think you’d have to drown the sandwich to make up for the less-than-fresh rolls. The size is there, and so the males of my family seem satisfied. Quantity over quality, even if the quantity is just in the carbs. Some things that just don’t sit well for me: The menu is ugly. It’s dated and cluttered and doesn’t have prices for many things. Ugly and not useful. The drinks are not actually that good. They’re over flavored and over sweetened and over complicated. I mean, they’re tasty, but never quite right. I’ve heard the managers(owners?) actually lecture employees. There’s a weird empty-ish room that seems to currently store random stuff, why not turn that into an office where you can scold your people in private. There’s a weird empty-ish room that seems to be off limits but isn’t actually closed off… making the place feel cheap and unfinished The outdoor patio is great except for the extremely loud traffic. Obviously the business can’t stop the traffic, but the could have placed the patio on the other side of the building? Or perhaps better sound barrier fencing? That’s probably expensive. Just put the tables on the other side, ok? The employees never seem to actually want you there. I dunno, I guess I’d be bummed if my boss yelled at me all the time(I don’t know if it’s all the time, but it’s happened a couple times and I’m not a frequent visitor). They are also rather slow in an odd way. It takes them about the same time to complete an order of 4 sandwiches as it does to make one sandwich. The chips. No alternative to chips as a side, no variety of chips to choose from, just simple plain lays potato chips. These happen to be my mom’s favorite chips ever so she is just thrilled at this, but I actually don’t like potato chips and would prefer possibly sun chips? A cookie? A muffin? A small cup of soup? A side salad? Actual vegetables? Nope. Just greasy potato chips. There are a few pluses this place has going for it, one of those pluses being location. I don’t actually know where their immediate competition is, besides Tim Horton’s but I’m still not all the familiar with North Chili. The sandwiches are larger than some other independent cafes. The open seating is usually plentiful, though lunch probably fills up. Next time, I’m sticking to my guns and we’re going to Leaf & Bean.

My sister brought me here for a quick lunch. It had the Tuna Nut wrap and it was very fresh and good. The service was quick, the people are friendly and the coffee was quite good, too! I came a long way from Texas and plan to come back here on my next visit to WNY I highly recommend Jitters for coffee and food. A great alternative to Starbucks for coffee and for food Jitters is several steps above Timmy’s.

I stop into Jitters on Buffalo Rd. often to pick up a cup of coffee before work. I would rather get coffee here than Tim Horton’s. They offer a lot of different flavors of monin, smoothies, cold frappes, etc. Every so often I will get an everything bagel with cream cheese. I avoid their breakfast sandwiches because they don’t use real eggs. They have pretty decent paninis/hot sandwiches and all of their sandwiches come with a bag of lays chips I like the inside of the place at the North Chili location better than in Henrietta or Elmgrove Rd’s because it is more homey, and the way the booths are set up makes it more private to read, have a conversation without people staring at you, get work done, etc. They have a nice deck area as well. They don’t open until 6:30AM(ish) M-F. JItters accepts credit cards but do not have the option to write in a tip, so if you are a good person bring a little cash.

I started visiting this Jitters location after frequenting the one located in Henrietta. While this one is certainly competent, I much prefer the other location(offers all the same stuff, plus pizza and a bar in a less out of the way place). Jitters has ample parking space and available seating. Everyone I’ve encountered working there is friendly and fast. My wife loves their mocha frappes, which is the main reason I go there. Like most coffee houses, I find their prices to be a little on the high side. I’m also not a huge fan of their sandwich/wrap selection. The ingredients seem to be high quality, they just don’t have much of the menu that really appeals to me for the price. However, from what I know most people do really enjoy them. I am a big fan of their breakfast bagel sandwiches. Their dessert cooler is pretty hit or miss… A lot of times you can tell just from looking in there that stuff has been sitting for a loooooooong time. Based on the above, I would probably give Jitters 4 stars. What takes away that other star is the poor quality of their actual coffee. In the sugary specialty drinks(I have typically enjoyed them on the rare occasion I order one or have some of my wife’s) you don’t really notice it, but try getting a black house coffee. I’ve had it a few times(I typically take my coffee black and enjoy it) and it’s tasted very watery. Depending on what you’re looking for, you’ll probably like Jitters. If what you want is «just coffee,» skip them and head up the street to Tim Horton’s. Honestly, the main reason to visit this location is proximity and atmosphere, pure and simple.

College town coffee shop; fast and delicious coffee to go, a lot of places to sit, and(from the look of it) some good sammiches.

Gotta love the local coffeeshops. Jitter’s is a mainstay for the college students of Roberts Welsylan and area residents. Coffee and the like are consistently delicious along with some simple sandwiches etc. Great café, cute atmosphere, perfect for groups are by yourself. Jitters is where its at!
