Specialties
Skill of Strength is unlike any gym you have experienced. Our training staff provides results-driven programs to help our clients achieve their individual goals. Whether your goals are to look better, move better, feel better, or perform better, we will be there to guide you every step of the way.
At Skill of Strength every client is an athlete. Each time you step into our gym it’s an opportunity to unlock your body’s full potential. By addressing imbalances, asymmetries and weaknesses, we help you restore your body’s natural ability to move. We believe it’s important never to add strength on top of dysfunction, so it is only once quality movement is established that we can and should add quantity into your training.
In addition to providing top notch personal training and group training, we work closely with doctors, physical therapists and chiropractors in the area to ensure that you have access to all of the professionals you need to help you feel your best.
History
Established in 2010.
We started our business in 2010, renting space at another gym and traveling to client’s homes. Next, we built a studio in our home and trained clients there for a year. As we got busier we wanted more space to give us the ability to offer adult group training, kettlebell workshops and group training, and sports performance training (for high school and middle schools kids).
