After many recommendations to Dr Murphy in Chelmsford I called to see if they would accept my 3 year old daughter as a new patient. The secretary was very rude to me. She replied «maybe we could, it depends» and asked if I even had a referral. I told her I received several online and asked if that was ok. She stated «no, it needed to be a referral from a family member that was a patient» now. I asked why she didn’t explain that in the beginning. She stated she had to go and was really busy so she couldn’t accept us or talk any further.
Whhaaaat?!
How unprofessional. I’m happy not to be affiliated with such a business.
