Exercise your mind and body at Yoga Den And Core Studio in North Charleston, South Carolina. A premier Pilates and yoga studio, our instructors offer distinct, diverse classes for adults, children, and seniors. We also provide a selection of gear, mats, and clothing through our convenient clothing boutique.

Hiring only the best, our instructors run the gamut from relatively new to those who have been certified for more than 10 years. However, all of our instructors believe in making a difference, not just for our students, but for the community as a whole. That’s why we offer a free Sunday class once a month. All you need to do to join is donate to the charity of the month.

I took a ‘Gentle’ class at this studio for the first time October 2015. I was really impressed with the spacious lobby and easy sign-​in. The class was taught by the owner, Jaclyn, and I really vibed with her style. It was truly a gentle pace and did not inflame my sensitive wrists, AND we still practiced classical postures like Warrior I and II. A bright, airy, studio with warm, caring people. First class is free-​no reason not to try ;)

It is so wonderful to have a yoga studio in this area! And it is a great studio! The instructors are very experienced. The instructors from whom I’ve taken (I’ve had 3 – 4 of them) are all great about identifying the various levels on their class and accommodating as needed, but able to teach to a variety of levels at the same time.
Every class that I’ve taken has been challenging yet nurturing. (I take mostly hot flow and power.) I feel great! The owner is awesome – knows everyone by name, and learns your name if you’re new. Studio is new, and she seems very open to feedback and suggestions! I highly recommend Yoga Den! Namaste!

We really enjoyed our first beginning yoga class at Yoga Den. The instructor was great, focused, encouraging. Three member class made for very personalized instruction. The studio is brand new, very comfortable, nice shop.
