I would not recommend using this company. I recently had flooring installed and carpeting in stairwell. Once they are paid, you will never get a call back if there is any problem. I have contacted Tim, the owner, and Mike, the rep, several times by phone and email. They just ignore your problem and hope you go away! When I was making a choice for stairwell carpeting, I asked several times if the carpet I was buying was the type that needed binding or would it fray at ends. I was assured that it would not. This was also confirmed by another rep saying No this rug wouldn’t do that. I have taken pictures and sent them to the rep to show him how each stair is frayed at the ends. The Installer said that’s what that rug does and there was nothing he could do about it and should have been told that. The customer service ends as soon as you have a problem.
