Dunworth Property Management was founded to provide the very best property management service in the Charleston, and North Charleston, SC area. We’re illuminating the idea that investing in rental properties can be honest, stress free, and produce high returns.

Business Owner

Six years ago, while trying to grow his music recording business, Nate Dunworth needed a way to make money after college. He began working at his family’s property management company located just outside of Washington, D. C, in Bowie, MD. He expected it to be a stepping stone on his journey to being a record producer — what he didn’t expect is to fall in love with the the ever-​changing world of real estate. Within a couple of months, he began to realize that, even though music was still a love of his, real estate was his true passion. So began his dedication to property management and excitement for entrepreneurship.

Since then, Nate has devoted his love for real estate and desire to make property management easy and affordable for homeowners in the charming and historic Low Country area. Nate dedicates 60 to 80 hours a week working on his company and finding solutions to all aspects of investment properties.
