History

Established in 2013.

I completed my bachelor degree in business management from Malone University in Canton, Ohio and my master’s degree in leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. While in college, I learned about leadership theories but I did not learn the practical aspect of leadership. This is where the John Maxwell team has really excelled. I have learned from the best with over 200 hours of leadership development and additional 10 hours of training each weekuio

I am now equipped to offer you workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth through study and practical application of John’s proven leadership methods. Working together, I will move you and/​or your team or organization in the desired direction to reach your goals.

My professional experience includes over twenty years in credit management and leading teams to accomplish their potential. From working in diverse types of organizations which include a computer company, a manufacturing company, a distribution company, a copier company, and an accounts payable and procurement company, I observed that successful companies had a strong leader.

My biggest strength is encouraging others to achieve what was thought to be unachievable. Through asking probing questions, I am able to establish a connection with the individual and establish rapport which creates an environment of learning and growth.
