I am only leaving one star because zero (or negative!) isn’t an option. These are the SHADIEST people I have ever dealt with while trying to purchase a car. We drove over 4 hours to buy a $ 30,000+ vehicle (after the salesman Eric obsessively called us multiple times a day asking us to give a $ 500 deposit even though we weren’t sure we wanted it, and then called every hour to make sure we told him when we would be there so he could get the sale since he had «put so much time into it already» if by time he means stalking our bank and calling them to ask if we got a loan, when we picked up the check and where we lived, to the point that our credit union told us not to go with them because they had never had anyone act that insane and obsessive or shady, then yes, I guess he did put time into it) and found out that he had blatantly LIED about everything on the vehicle. For instance, the front bumper was BARELY hanging on and he said he «didn’t notice it» nor did he notice the huge scratches that they spray painted over before we got there, or the sitting water in the backseat. And those were just the cosmetic issues. It was a Jeep Rubicon and when we checked under the vehicle the skid plates were missing and someone had off roaded without the skid plates so the underside of the vehicle was TORE up. Also, the «brand new tires» we’re half tread at best. When we questioned all these things we were treated like we were idiots. All 5 sales guys surrounded us asking what was wrong and how we knew it was wrong (while they had the jeep manual in their hands looking through it). Long story short, giving them the benefit of th doubt, they are selling vehicles they have no idea about and are going to sell you something with major issues and claim they «don’t specialize in that so they don’t know how it’s supposed to be» (hey, if you don’t know enough about it then don’t sell it, that makes you extremely shady) and worst case scenario they just truly didn’t care that we were over paying by at least $ 10,000 for a piece of junk that someone else had already tore to pieces. I hope the guy that sold them that Jeep ripped them off like they are trying to do to others.

If I could give them a zero I would. I took the car in for water in the battery compartment, requiring a tow in for service. A service bulletin was out and the car would not start. Service writer took all the info so I thought and all was in good hands. I was wrong. He calls back and says its the tail light seal after testing, shorted the battery cable and a sensor. He then up sells me a belt and tensioner. I take care of my cars. He quotes a price ok go ahead.
He talks me out of having them program a new key for me that I wanted as well… what???
I arrive to pick up the car. I go to the trunk and it looks like the mechanic made the repair and just left. Trim panel off. Good thing he did cuz I caught the water still in the battery compartment. Turns out they changed all the electrical parts never did a water test so the source was never identified. Why would I pay to fix parts that shorted out without identifying and fixing the source.
Service manager comes out, Mr Howdy duty on wheels. Tells me they intentionally leave the car as they found it. R u crazy. It was towed in for a no start and the battery… offers other costs to water test and make the rest of the repairs.
This has to be the worst bmw dealer I have ever been to. They are pure idiots. Avoid this place at all costs.

Are they kidding, every time I call for service, they state we are very busy, 5 – 7 days out! Cain needs to hire some techs to provide service within the industry standards (2 – 3 days). I have purchased other lux. cars, they always provide service within the 2 – 3 days. Purchase a Lexus (Akron Canton Lexus), they ALWAYS have appts. within the 2 – 3 window.
