Oh boy are these guys smooth talkers or what! They should probably sell used cars… Got conned in to purchasing a tablet when we were told that our bill would just end up being the same even with the addition of a tablet. I was suspicious, but my trusting husband thought this was a swell idea. NOT. Bill was 70 bucks more a month than what we were told. Then we were told they couldn’t do anything about it. Interesting. My phone breaks for the 2^nd time in 4 months and was given the runaround about obtaining a new phone. Almost a week later and still no phone. I don’t get service wherel I work and was told told basically that I was SOL. Please don’t go with ATT, even if you are so desperate and they are offering gold plated iPhones for a penny. Terrible customer service, you are treated like scum of the earth by some minimum wage earner sales associate on a power trip. Don’t be stupid like I was. Good luck trying to contact a manager ever or trying to get God’s, I mean, the district manager’s phone number. We simply were not worthy enough to speak to this all powerful being.
