Kiddie Academy of North Brunswick

Great staff, Very spacious & well planned daycare facility, Updated teaching infrastructure for reporting your child’s progress, monitoring your children from anywhere anytime. Puts you at ease seeing your child is safe & secure and learning from very good teachers, all the while having fun and not losing those precious moments which you can observe from wherever you are… My elder son is eager to go back to school after long holidays and my little daughter actually remembers & is excited when meeting her infant care teachers even after many months of absence!

The school is absolutely fabulous! It always puts the children first. The staff do a fabulous job in maintaining the consistent high standards in education and play at Kiddie Academy North Brunswick. A special thanks and recognition also go to the hard working director Ms Seema for creating a happy environment for the children and staff, as well as credit to the owner Mr Rick for his vision in creating a fantastic school environment for the children. Alot of investment has been made, and it shows in the happy faces of the kids and the staff. Congratulations and keep it up!

I am a parent of a recent graduate of Kiddie Academy of North Brunswick.
Our daughter only attended this school for about one year after being at another facility, she was 4 when we enrolled her.
We were happy we made the transition since the other school we were at was more chaotic. I’ve witnessed children acting violent, kicking doors, throwing objects across the room, which is extremely distracting to a learning violent… not to mention unsafe. However, walking into Kiddie Academy was just a breath of fresh air after that experience.
We ultimately decided to make the transition since the teacher/​student ratio was greater and we felt we wanted to make sure she was able to have more one-​on-​one time with the teacher, which is what Kiddie Academy was able to provide.
It wasn’t long before we realized Miss Heather definitely connected with our little one and helped her with her confidence, her ability to express her excitement for learning, and gave her the proper foundation to prepare her for Kindergarten.
She absolutely loved her time at Kiddie Academy and we have no problem recommending them to other parents.
One thing I can appreciate is they would always stick to their curriculum, as we would ask her frequently to compare with the daily report.
We never felt our needs or concerns weren’t addressed and have walked away pleased with our experience and involvement with Kiddie Academy.

I too visited this school. Yes, it is definitely clean. I loved the fact that you have to wear booties over your feet into the infant rooms. However, it just felt very institutional and too cold for my 8 month old. Needless to say we decided to enroll our child elsewhere.

It pains me to give this day facility even one star, but unfortunately there isn’t an option for zero stars. We had an awful experience at this daycare. Unfortunately, the people who run the facility are awful. The director will come across as though your opinions matter and will asked for feedback but will immediately shut down anything you have to say. She is not a kind person and she is not cut out for the job. Without going into too much detail (because there is a lot), I too watched the camera and was unhappy with some of things I saw. I didn’t speak up because I didn’t want to be a complainer or a problem. I am in agreement with JOJO and AC. My children were treated poorly. Yes, Cherry, You’re right the school is clean but the environment is not a happy environment and does not even compare to the warm and loving environment at our current daycare. We never left our kids there feeling happy or comfortable and always felt on edge. Since leaving the daycare I have met others who have run into the similar issues and have since left. Please don’t be fooled by the looks of the place. Your child’s well being and happiness is more important than that.

My daughter was in this so called educational school for 6 months… This is not an educational school. This is an ass kissing the owner and director school. And the so called teachers are fake! They treat your kids like crap even with the cameras on! I have proof of the treatment that was going on for 6 months. When I would say something it would get washed under the rug. Then the teachers would talk about us that we were mean people! Really? Finally the last straw was when my daughter was outside in the windy cold day with a thin coat, not buttoned, no hat, but all the other children were all bundled? And I had her winter coat in her bin for her! The teachers excuse was that I didn’t advise her it was provided for her? What? She’s never there when I drop my daughter off I always have to put her in another class room. I have pics and video of all the mis treated things that these teachers did to my daughter and asked for them to review the video. They always said no they didn’t watch. Funny, but you say you watched a video of us picking up my daughter telling us we were rude to their teachers? Really we were all laughing and smiling talking about children. Bunch of lies! When I went to the director and owner I was told maybe the school is not for my child. Yes, they are right she is too smart for them!
Oh so they would rather have teachers mis treat, neglect and not teach them over a concerned parent? And what’s in the best welfare of a child!
They lied and said we were rude to teachers and dis enrolled my daughter. What a joke!
I would not put any child in that facility. They put kids in restraints in seats, they don’t teach kids, they are only there for a paycheck, & they are lazy!
If your child is in there I suggest you watch the cameras. I think you would change your mind about that place!
Cherry, your are wrong! They kick your kid out if the parent has an issue with mis treatment!
That’s okay there are more parents that are unhappy, but are scared of the same retaliation that was done to us!

School is clean and all the staff are very professional. Thanks for all those negative reviews because what I’m seeing is that the school and the director are taking serious about childcare. They won’t hesitate to kick out any kids with behavior problem to ensure other kids don’t develop any bad habits.

Let me start off by saying, the facilities are beautiful and the owner seemed nice. Unfortunately, the center is under poor management due to its director. The director (Seema) does not know how to deal with anything other than a cookie cutter child and severely lacks in people skills. We pulled our child out of the school for this reason. We are now enrolled in another daycare and and have also spoken to several others who toured the facility and chose not to enroll because the director made it very clear that they could not handle their child if they were not the model children. I never had an issue with my child until we enrolled in this facility. Though there are several nice teachers, they were all hired from another facility where the director previously worked and are heavily under her influence. Just last week another child from this Kiddie Academy enrolled in our daycare due to the same issues.
Note: my child has attended daycare since 3 months old and has not had any issues at the previous facility or our current facility.
