Dig into the Southwest Avocado Salad with blackened chicken strips, fresh sliced avocado, black bean corn relish, American cheese and crunchy tortilla straws served on garden greens with ranch dressing. Or try the sweet Lemon Blueberry Pie Pancake Platter. Part dessert and part breakfast, it features our Lemon Meringue Pie filling layered between real blueberry pancakes and topped with powdered sugar and whipped topping. And then there’s our trio of zesty, new appetizers: Cheeseburger Fries, Chorizo Flats and Ultimate Nachos. Mmmm!
