Staff person was very helpful with my recent purchase of a leather jacket. My intention was just too look at it, but I ended up buying. Everyone is always very customer friendly.

I needed to get this year Pewter 2015 ornament for my brother who has a collection dating back to 1990. He just suffered a major stroke and is in the hospital. Thats all he talks about is getting that ornament. The girl (sorry I don’t remember her name) didn’t have it but she offered to call around and find one for me. She called me back and said she has one shipping in from out in the midwest and it will be here in a week. I work in retail so I know how important customer service is. Thanks!”

This was definitely one of the most unique buying experiences I’ve ever had and I’ve been through several vehicle purchases for myself and my family. These guys n girls went the distance to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted for a very fair price on a new Road Glide and made sure that I completely understood everything about the bike, warranty options etc… I was introduced to the entire staff… apparel, parts, service and management. Props to Ned for his relaxed approach, big props to Don for helping me test drive the bikes, Steve for dealing with me during negotiations, Diamond Dave for helping me seal the deal on what I wanted and PJ for patiently walking me through the financial side. Everone rocked and I love the Glide. The best part was ringing the bell on my first Harley purchase walking out to Welcome to the jungle! Great times!!!

Went in to high octane looking to buy a new iron 883. Spent a few minutes looking around before Justin L introduced himself and helped me out. Justin was very knowledgable and helpful as was the rest of the staff. I would highly recommend buying a bike for this dealership. One stop shop for all your biking needs and want. Just remember to ask for Justin!

I started shopping for my first bike and decided to check this place out with my boyfriend who was also in the market for a new bike. They have very smooth sales tactics. The first guy you deal with helps you find the bike that best suits you, which is great. My experience with him was excellent he was knowledgeable and kind. When it was time to start talking numbers was when it all started to go down hill. Being in sales I am familiar with different selling techniques and this place really tries to deceive the buyers. To be blunt, you have to be a complete IDIOT to buy a bike from this place. (It always worries me when companies do not put price tags on the items and it should worry you too.) So, my choice bike was the sportster 48. I had them run numbers on a new and used one. He came back with a tag of somewhere around 14,800 on the new and 14,600 on the used with 4500 dollars down. I Told him he was out of his mind. I said I just saw the same bike over at American brand new for just under 11 grand and it had the candy paint job. I told them I need to look around a little more. Same day I went over to American Harley Davidson in Leominster. The service was phenomenonal and they were beyond fair. We both ended up getting our bikes there. I ended up with a used sportster 48 3k miles all tricked out with new shifter rod, new grips, forward controls, new foot pegs, vance and hines short shots, and a screaming eagle performance air cleaner with the cover. Didn’t like the seat so they swapped it for one that fitted me better and threw in a sissy bar and passenger pad at no cost. My grand total was 8995. I looked at the same bike I was looking at at high octane and it had a tag of 10,499. I couldn’t believe it. When I was sitting down to do the paper work I couldn’t figure out why the payment at high octane was so high considering they wanted 4500 dollars down. They explained to me that they have hidden fees such as 1100 closing cost, gap and hit you for freight and other small details that add up. IF I had gone the route of high octane I would have ended up paying too much for my bike, financing a few thousand more than the bike was worth and would have ended up very upside down if and when I choose to trade it in. They get you so fixed on figuring out what monthly payment you can afford and then when you go to sign the contract you end up seeing all of the hidden fees. Its a SCAM. DONT GO HERE you will be ripped off.

Bought my first Harley at High Octane Harley. I was a Metric Cruiser rider for many years, then finally woke up and smelled the Iron. I live in Wareham, Ma and have more then a few Harley dealers closer to me. I shopped around, rented a limited for a weekend and then made the purchase at High Octane. Jason and Adam in the sales department made this purchase very easy, they were professional and knowledgeable. A great VIP package worth every penny. Thanks to everyone there for a great bike buying experience.

I went to High Octane looking to trade my 09 Road King in. I ended up trading for a 2013 Night-​rod, and could not be happier. They gave me a fair price on my trade, and after a little talking we agreed on a good price for my new bike. They have also been helpful since the purchase. I would definitely recommend them for your next Harley purchase.

We purchased a. 2014 Ultra Limited from High Octane last week. We had visited 4 other dealerships prior to going to High Octane so we knew where we wanted to be for price on bike and trade in value on our bike. I will say after reading other reviews we too were originally given a price that was 2000.00 more than the other dealerships. We thought, we aren’t going to be buying here. We let him know we had other prices so he just asked flat out where we wanted to be. He came back and had us right where we wanted to be. I would say that was the only part of our experience that I think HO should rethink their approach on. A lot of people will just walk out and not return and bad mouth the dealership. Anyway, we were very happy with Matt Labonte our salesman. He was very thorough, didn’t do a song and dance like we got at Laconia and Rochester, answered all our questions and told us a few things we didn’t yet know. He was a lot more thorough with our trade than anyone else and we ended up getting a great trade value for it. We had already had financing in place but PJ in financing convinced us to see what they could do. We were VERY happy with the rate we got. Beat our own credit union by 2% and 2 year longer term. Have worked with a boat brokerage I know low rates for «toys» are hard to get. Everyone in Service and Merchandise were friendly and helpful. We also signed up for the VIP service since my husband is self employed and has a busy schedule. They come to our house in Southern Maine, pick up the bike and bring it back after. Can’t complain about that! We were very happy with our experience, have recommended them to friends.

You could not pay me to step foot back in the worst most corrupt dealership I have ever been to in my life not once but three different times while buying a new bike I had to fight to get them to help me… They also cashed a check that was for collateral which my end of the deal was taken care of and 3 moths later they cashed that $ 1000 collateral check that they said they had ripped up I asked multiple times for my check back and they said it was already destroyed which was one of many lies I was told while conducting business with this dealership…
I am a younger man and I think a big part of it was they thought they could take advantage of me
I advise anyone young or old not step foot in the dealership for a new or used bike…
also the service dept. is a joke my brand new bike with 25 miles on it died on rt495 in from of a tractor trailer I brought it back not very happy they told me it was because my battery was low on charge which me not being a motorcycle mechanic I still did not believe sure enough a mile down the road the same thing happened I went back for the second time for service with a bike that had less than 50 miles on it and it took them a day to figure it out…
I risked my life not once but twice with this stealerships Mistakes…
Need less to say i would not recommend stepping foot into this dealership for anything because it is the biggest joke of a business and if there is any problems it is nearly impossible to get any help…
The general manger was suppose to call me two different occasions and I never revived any call…
I am not the only person that has had problems with high octane and will surely not be the last…
There is plenty of other Harley dealerships that are more than helpful and are not trained crooks…

I can’t believe these negative reviews, nothing like the experience I’ve had at High Octane both in sales and in service. Traded a ’99 Fatboy in good, but not mint condition, for a 2014 FLHXS. They made me a deal I couldn’t turn down. Not only did they exceed my expectations for trade value but they bent over backward to make it super convenient. Came out to pick up the trade in January while it was icy and snowing, they stored the new Streetglide until mid-​March and delivered it in their trailer. They arranged financing through a local credit union at a rock bottom interest rate. The service department has always jumped on any request I’ve had with a smile. I’m totally happy with this place, I’m treated like a friend and would do the deal all over again.
Love my new Streetglide Special and will ride it to Sturgis in two weeks, can’t wait.

I wanted to leave a review after seeing some negative stuff on the web about High Octane. I am not sure if those people just went in with a bad attitude or are just the overly sensitive types. That being said here is my experience.
My wife and I went in to check out some Sportsters (Nightster and Iron 883). I wasn’t sure what I wanted as I grew up on Buells and wanted something a bit more mellow for street riding. I wasn’t even planning to make a purchase that day.
Jason came over and introduced himself to us and asked if he could help. We explained what we were looking for and he was excited to help us out. He is a former Buell rider as is his brother, so they knew exactly where I was coming from.
We walked around and checked out both models. I decided I liked the Iron 883 a bit more, so he set me up for a test ride. Went out and fell in love with the bike.
When I came back, I asked if they had the Denim Black and Sand in stock as those were the colors I was interested in. We located both colors and decided on the Black.
If you have ever been to High Octane, you know they have bikes everywhere. Although it took some searching to find both bikes, Jason was never impatient. If anything he was as, if not more, excited than we were. He was very personable and quite funny as well.
The rest of the staff (merchandise, parts, service, and finance) was just as awesome.
I have to give a major shout out to merchandise as well for their efforts. I initially picked a helmet (skull bucket) that just wasn’t the right fit for me. I didn’t realize this until I went home that night and really wore the helmet for a bit. I went back and explained that the helmet wasn’t the right fit. I must have tried on 30 helmets before finding the perfect one. Going from a life of full face helmets to a ¾ isn’t easy. They were extremely patient and attentive and made the situation right. They didn’t have to, but they did.
I have bought a few bikes and a bunch of gear from different Harley/​Buell dealers in the past and have to say the level of service was excellent in comparison.
Could I have paid a little less elsewhere? Maybe. Would it be worth me driving all around God’s creation to do so? Not with the level of service I received.

I did not like kelly’s when they were owner then High Octane took over and liked them at first but now they are playing games with prices. No msrp on bikes was the first RED FLAG. Went in with two others and thought about trading in. Asked salesman how much for a 14 street glide black. He said 25 000!!! I said MSRP is 20 800 and he said well lets sit down and talk about it… I told him he was rediculous and went to American Harley. They still go off sticker and post all the extras. Stop trying to screw everybody and maybe you will get people to want to buy bikes from you. I really hope the new buyers shop around before going there. It is a shame. I used to think Seacoast was a rip off but High octane is now.
Motorclothes girls are nice. Nice place to visit but dont buy anything…

Bought a new ride last weekend. Great sales dept. Much easier to deal with than other dealers in the area by far!
