The Ileri Ogunfiditimi LLC real estate services firm was established to serve local, regional, national, and international businesspeople and private investors. Ileri Ogunfiditimi, REALTOR® is the Managing Principal of the firm and has been practicing real estate brokerage as a Fiduciary Representative and Licensed Independent Real Estate Agent for 12 years. Ileri Ogunfiditimi, REALTOR® is licensed in DC and MD. Jobin Realty is licensed in DC, MD, VA, WV, PA, and SC. Ileri Ogunfiditimi LLC is not a subsidiary of Jobin Realty.

Business Owner

Ileri Ogunfiditimi is a practicing specialty commercial broker and lifestyle entrepreneur. He is a commercial member of the National Association of REALTORS® which consists of 75,000+ members engaged in the practice of commercial and investment real estate. Ileri formerly worked in the corporate Commercial Property Management division at Spaulding Slye Colliers International (now merged with Jones Lang LaSalle) where he was involved in the construction and management of Class A office space and as a Residential Loan Officer at First Residential Mortgage Services Corporation where he was responsible for loan origination and mortgage banking activities. He has experience as a commercial real estate investor, private owner, property manager, and leasing professional of retail space and luxury and privately-​owned apartment homes. Ileri is a native Washingtonian, enjoys boxing and mixed martial arts. He is married with two children.
