This review is for the German fests that take place on the grounds of this nursing home and banquet hall.
I attended Octoberfest sponsored by the Plattdeutsch Volkfest Vereen of NY and NJ. They do a great job of keeping this German tradition alive for the last 138 years. The two day octoberfest features German music, crafts, food and of course, beer and liquor. I had a great time, and I’m not German.
